Went here to get dinner not only did it seem like there was only one person in the building mind you there is also a drive thru yes it was slow but what more do you expect one person to do?! I was willing to wait but the temp in the restaurant being above 80 was to much… Talk about Venting out your customers!!! The heat was way to extreme and that is the reason we decided to leave after waiting 20 plus minutes in line.. I honestly believe it was intentional especially with the out side weather being like the being of fall a short sleeve weather!!!!

My husband just came thru the drive thru here and ordered a chicken bacon ranch salad only to get chicken bacon n ranch with no lettuce…. how does that even make sense…. how can you have a salad without lettuce….. they told him some people only want the meat…. well that should be a cousin request to have it without lettuce… but he requested a salad which should include lettuce. So if u go here make sure you let them know u would like lettuce with ur salad. Lol. $13 dollars for chicken n bacon n a small thing ranch is ridiculous.

She greeted me as I came in the door and said As much, about not seeing me in a minute or two.

Tried to go through drive though and it was down, went inside, no hello nothing was told I couldn’t park where I was parked even though I was the only customer there. Really weird vibe so I left!

We got two sandwiches at the Oliver Springs Subway on the night of 10-5-2024. Our server was Dalton and he was working solo and did a fantastic job. Our sandwiches were good and Dalton was nice. We’ll visit again soon. FIVE STARS!!!

Sat in the drive through 30 min didn’t have time to go in after working a 12 hr shift, the guy answers finally and states we’re slammed inside it’ll be 20 mins? After I’ve already waited. He finally comes back on to the speaker and says what bread would I like? Attitude that I was even at the window then askes me what meats not what is your order?? I mean I know places are busy and he was by himself but at the same time you can’t multitask why are you even at this job? So after waiting over an hr still with no food mind you I finally pull around to the window and he says bare with me naw I pulled off. I will never come back to this location

Nasty!!!!! And the one making the sandwiches didn’t listen to nothing! Sandwich wasn’t made correctly and after we got home it was absolutely disgusting!! Never again! And we live across the street, it really could be a convenient place to eat.
