I went to this location twice in two days. I am basing my review on one fact. I am only picky when it comes to condiments. I have always asked for 1 line of mayo and 3 lines of mustard.

We ordered dinner ahead of time on the subway app. Watched it go from recieved, to preparing. My husband drove out to pickup the food and it said ready. At this point it had been almost 20 min since we ordered. He goes inside to pick up the order…the staff haven’t even started on it yet. He shows them the screenshot where it says order is now ready, they say they’ve been really busy. There was only 1 person ordering in the store and 2 employees. They were too busy to prepare the order, but not too busy to go through the steps in the app to say the order is being prepared and ready for pickup?

Didn’t get a chance to purchase anything, poor customer service. I touch the glass to point at what I wanted and the glass was coming down. So I asked them if it can lock and why is it not locked, if I had rested on the glass it would have slammed down on any of the server’s hand. And instead of taking correction, one guy was blatantly arguing back and said, ‘yea get out of here’. If they are cutting corners on such basic safety measures, what else?

Horrible the employees apparently do not understand anything. Ordered a salad and they threw warmed meat with melted cheese on top of my salad. They didn’t even cut it up and they barely gave me any spinach. My salad was horrible and not refreshing at all. Very upset with the service.

ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap from this subway, along with 2 steak and cheese wraps. The chicken was cold, the steak was cold, and the bacon was cold and disgusting. The wrap fell apart the moment I opened it. 10/10 do not recommend ever eating from this nasty place
