Been going to this location for a long time. They are now charging 2 dollars extra for things like bacon on a sandwich. They say it’s because of their new sandwich board menu, but this location is the only one in the city that does this. Inflation is high enough for most customers as is. Price gouging isn’t going to help the business in the long run, when they lose most of their customers.

Pulled up at this location TWENTY MINUTES before they supposedly “closed” and the worker was already closing!! She (shaved head, obviously didn’t get her name because we couldn’t get in) SAW us pull up, walked to the door and LOCKED it then stared at us through the window until we drove off. Ridiculous!! I could understand if we pulled up 2 minutes before closing but twenty?!? So, we drove all the way to the location on quintard in hopes that they were open (like they’re supposed to be) and they were! Hate we had to pull up even closer to closing time there but we really wanted subway. The lady working that location was SO sweet and quick!! Definitely deserves a raise. Keep workers like that!!!!

Their hours say open until 9 PM however I showed up at 835 pm last night and was on my way to the door and they locked it right in front of me. Do better Subway.!!!!!! I worked fast food and retail most of my life and never have I turn away a customer 25 minutes before closing.

It was good, poor girl working all alone. She was struggling to keep up. They didn’t have cookies (the whole reason for my visit!) (Well, that and the car overheated in the parking lot!) Anyway, overall it was a great! The Baja steak & pepper jack foot long was awesome!

One person behind the counter. I waited while he served the customer before me. He then was ready to handle my food with the same gloves he wore to run the register. When I ask him about using the same gloves he replied that I didn’t have to place an order. Is this subways best practice=to wear the same gloves?

The past two times I’ve eaten there, their lettuce was bad and turning brown. The first time it was so bad I skipped the lettuce. So much for the rebranding and “eat fresh.” Management needs to address this. I will not be coming back for bad or spoiled food items.

My husband went into the store today to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready at 11:50 (placed it at 11:33) they were NOT busy. Not a single customer. When he got there not only was it not ready but 2 women were standing in the back vaping. When i worked there this was unacceptable. They offered him chips, drink. Etc. They made our order and when we got home it was nothing like it should have been. Missing almost everything on mine and my husband’s was covered heavy in everything. Will not go back. Place has gone down hill.
