My hubby and I got to the store at 8:28pm mind you they close at 8:30 we were fully in the store and all the toppings and bread were still out and everything but this man literally kicked us out and said “ we’re closed “ I said no your open for another 2minutes and he refused to make our sandwich and it was just going to be 1 sandwich. Well guess they loose out on money and 2 customers.

Stop by this location earlier and Order a foot long oven roasted chicken sub which is 4.99 before tax, the service guy charged me 7 dollars after tax, and I question him the price different, he tells me the price is changed, when I take the receipt and figure out he charges me with the spicy Italian Sub, so I ask him to print me the correct receipt and refund me the price different, this guy wouldn’t prints me the correct one but keep to give me the wrong one, and call his manager to talk to me, the manager is lying to me oven roasted chicken is not 4.99 anymore but 6.99 and if I still want the correct receipt he will have to charge me more,.

For a chain store restaurant this Subway on Bonita Beach Rd is very good. Very courteous service with a smile every single time. As everyone knows Subway is not known for colossal sandwiches, but the customized flavors you can top the sandwiches with really make the dining experience; besides you can always double the meat portion to make it more Hardy for only a buck and a half, which isn’t too bad. I’ve only done that once however, most of the time the portion is ok for me because I never order a single meat sandwich which can be a bit skimpy. All in all I really like visiting this Subway, I’m usually there twice a week or so.

I was there at 7:30pm on July 8th. The guy working there had a very difficult time speaking English. I received a text from Subway offering any foot long for $5.99 thru 7/9. After we finally managed to make the order at the time of checkout I showed the offer on the text I received from Subway. When I clicked the confirm and an error message popped up. The guy said I had to pay $10+. I tried to explain that the offer had not been redeemed and was still good thru tomorrow. Either he’d didn’t understand what I saying or didn’t care. He did nothing to resolve the issue so I left without a sub. What a waste, he turned an opportunity to do what’s right into a big negative. I won’t be back.
