Ordered a pickup order. Two sandwiches and the pretzel. First I realize I have no honey mustard, which comes with the pretzel. No big deal walk back in and get it. Get home to the two subs. Sweet onion teriyaki sub with lettuce and more toppings. Titan Turkey with spinach and more toppings. Well my chicken teriyaki is bone dry, no sweet onion sauce, oh and also. Spinach instead of lettuce. Let’s move on to the second winner. My Titan turkey with SWEET ONION SAUCE and lettuce. Pathetic.

We had such a great experience! Ella, the sandwich maker, was incredibly kind, patient, and sweet throughout our entire visit. We placed a somewhat complicated order, but she handled everything calmly and with a smile the whole time. It really made the experience stand out—her attitude was warm and welcoming, and she never made us feel rushed or like we were asking for too much. Definitely appreciate service like that!

Standing at the counter. One person ahead of me. She got her order and left. The guy behind the counter played with his phone didn’t even recognize I was standing there. I just waited.
How can a server not even look up and look around now and see one more person standing in your restaurant??

Sub is 4 3/4 inches long. Only two meatballs. Employee did not complete my order moved on to next customer. Then did same to her. Didn’t thank me, did not bag up my purchase, then no utensils or napkins.
Sub last week was just bread, new associate. Not going back! Just told all my employees and they said they tell everyone to not go there as well.

I am extremely pleased every time I go here, almost weekly now. I believe new management took over sometime in 2019 or 2020 and the store is unbelievably clean, impressive and modern inside. The new management is great. Employees are always staying busy (as a former fast food supervisor myself, this is so nice to see!), cleaning and making orders as quickly as possible. Everyone there is very polite, greet you as soon as you walk in, and it’s an enjoyable experience. As a vegetarian, I am very appreciative of the fact that they change gloves before handling my sandwich without me ever asking. 5 stars. You won’t find a better Subway in PBC.

Tried to redeem a free 6” and they told me the store didn’t participate. QR code wouldn’t even scan. They have signs promoting “get a free 6” sub with the purchase of a $25 gift card”. Subway will sell you a gift card, but won’t honor the reason you bought it. Make it make sense. Guys behind the counter were nice, and seemed as disappointed in the issue as I was. This is of NO FAULT of the employees, they were friendly and just relying the franchise owners rules. It’s simply annoying how owners can promote us spending money with them, without honoring the full promotion.

The food was no problem. The restaurant seemed clean. Unfortunately, when you pay for a service, customer service is an important factor. We will not return to this location. We were begrudgingly greeted with an eye roll when we stated we needed 4 -6″subs. (With the buy any 6″ get a breakfast sandwich free, this translated into 8 small sandwiches). The man working (no name as he was wearing a name tag the said manager with his name clearly wiped off) became agitated and would not allow us to even think about what we wanted repeatedly demanding “what kind of bread.. what kind of bread” (four or five times)… Then repeating this for choosing our sub and then toppings. He went on to say, “I’m behind now, I have to make the bread for 9-o’clock.” (As if we were the source of his problems). Any questions we had were met with a rude retort. When I asked the name of the owner he would only tell me it’s a private owner. I gave one star for the food and one for cleanliness of the store. Visit this subway and you too can pay someone to treat you like dirt on the sole of his shoe.

Never going back to this location. I understand you have a new employee, but the manager should be able to instruct that employee on how to make the salads. The manager challenged me with the procedure that I see all the time when I go to other locations. I mean it is not that difficult to make a chopped salad and I am not trying to get something for free. I paid for my incorrect salad and learned a life lesson.
