Location is fine and the food is fresh but the customer service is consistently really bad. Stingy with ingredients, never greet customers, rude, unhappy and not trained very high turn over staff that can make any simple request difficult, often they don’t know how to operate the register or just use is it as excuse for not giving rewards points or coupon prices. They seem to be trained to ruin your shopping experience. To make it worse, management do nothing to make a positive change.

I placed an order for a sandwich online, and the sandwich was not made correctly. I tried calling the store to share the details about the issues and the phone was never answered. I then went online and submitted a complaint. I was contacted by Amanda (Mandy) Coates by email. She asked me several questions, claiming that she was confused about what my issue was. I re-explain the situation to her, she stated that she would contact me, and this has yet to happen. All I want is to be compensated for what I did not receive. I don’t think that this is too much to ask for.

It is 7:16pm on the Dot and this location doesn’t close until 10pm, yet both employees turned me away and would not give any reason for them closing when I asked why. Everything was fully stocked so there was no reason to lock up the location. There is always a problem here but after tonight I wash my hands with them

My wife ordered the ham and cheese “bowl” and it was delivered by Uber Eats. Unfortunately, there was no ham and no cheese included in the ham and cheese bowl. When my wife contacted the store, all she got was a “so sad … too bad” response. No effort at all to make this right. I strongly recommend a different Subway, it a different sub shop.

Cursor summer service is fine but the salad that I order very very small, I would only go back there if I could not find another Subway nearby but as far as a portions I will have to go in by something else spend more money and more time just to keep me filled up till dinner time.

I walked in at 11:00 last Friday. The pre-lunch crew was only 1 person. I ordered 20 whole subs. He told me it would take some time. He worked me in between lunch guest and got me out quicker than I expected. I was very impressed.
