Subway is a decent fast-food option, but it falls short in some areas. The sandwiches are average, lacking a wow factor. However, I must give credit to their macadamia cookies—they are simply amazing. Soft, chewy, and loaded with delicious macadamia nuts, they are the true standout at Subway.

First of all, when i walked in there the worker attending me was just laughing on their phone as I’m trying to make my order. As i would ask for what i want i would get started at as if i was forcing them to do something impossible, they clearly hate their job. Once they got my order wrong they tried to blame me for it, and to top it off they never have chips stocked.

I ordered a footlong teriyaki and a tuna salad. I got the footlong, but they said no salad bowls, the salad bowl was $8.39 they replaced it with a 6 inch that’s worth $6.23. I asked for them to add a soda to fill in the gap they refused. Take it or leave it.

This subway never has it stock in order… Each time I’ve come for the last several times I have to change my order… Today I wanted a salad… No salad bowl…I switched to teriyaki chicken on flatbread… No flat bread… So again I switched my order to tuna on Italian herb and cheese with shredded cheese…I can literally count the strings of cheese so I asked for a little more and was told it’ll be extra…I said yeah but that’s not enough…due to her I don’t care demeanor I said it’s ok and left…. Crazy how this subway is 5 mins from my home but I’ll rather travel 10-15 mins to a different location… They need to order correctly and get rid of everyone that don’t know anything about customer service

Worst subway ever visited. Extremely poor customer service. Especially the big black women with rings in her lips. It’s beyond me how you can have someone like that representing your business, very bad attitude. Very poor judgement. Employees act like they hate their jobs. Will never visit this location again, matter of fact I will recommend to everyone I know and followers to boycott subway all together.

Very bad attention, two women and a boy who serve in that business, ignore the clients because they are on the phone talking with their friends, the clients in the end decide to leave and the attitude of the people is terrible, it is really a bad experience
