We had the best Vietnamese for our family in Tucson this evening.
The food was delicious with friendly service and clean atmosphere. We will definitely eat there again and will try their boba tea selection.

We were in the area and craving pho, so we decided to give this place a try. We were greeted promptly and seated without any wait. The restaurant itself was clean and spacious, which made for a comfortable dining experience.
We ordered a large pho tái, wonton wrapped with pork and vegetables (egg rolls), and an iced coffee. The food was fine overall. Everything tasted decent, but nothing stood out. Having eaten at countless Vietnamese restaurants both in and out of state, this meal fell squarely into the “average” category. It satisfied the craving, but it didn’t leave a lasting impression.
The biggest disappointment was the iced coffee. I was expecting traditional Vietnamese coffee brewed with a phin filter and condensed milk. Instead, I was served a pre mixed iced coffee that lacked the bold, rich flavor Vietnamese coffee is known for. What made this more disappointing was that the menu photo clearly showed a phin filter, which set an expectation that wasn’t met.

Gave this place a try through delivery. I ordered the bun with pork and shrimp, the beef bulgogi with yellow rice, and pork and shrimp spring rolls.
The bun with shrimp and pork: there was a request for no peanuts, but had peanuts in the dish. Shrimp was over cooked and dried out, but the pork had good flavor.
Beef bulgogi with yellow rice: the beef was chewy and tough to eat. The flavor was nice. The rice wasn’t good. It was gummy and tasted like it sat for a long time.
Both spring rolls wrapping were busted on the side.

Eaten here several times really enjoy the food and service. I’ve had 1 bad experience with a server; a hot topic goth with a Avril lavign shirt didn’t acknowledge us and we ended up having to get our bill. Idk maybe she has poor customer service because she doesn’t know about good music. “Oi vey”

The two of us came here for dinner the other night. It is great to see this place fix the one issue it had, which was the service. It seemed like the people running the place wanted to do everything themselves, but now that they have established themselves and hired people for the front of the house. The food is still delicious and the service is on point. We always get the shrimp spring rolls and the bbq pork spring rolls so we can both have one of each. Pho has always been delicious here, so we tried the imperial fried rice tonight, and it was great. The taro snow drinks are also delicious. Came here tonight and sat at a table for over 20 minutes before someone just dropped water off at the table but no menus and then just stood by the register and talked to the other employees. They kept looking at us but never came with menus or said anything to us. We continued to wait for another 15 minutes and then just left. There were only four tables and three of which were already eating. I thought they fixed three service issues, but I guess not. This place has horrible customer service, and you guys lost a great customer. I ate here pretty regularly, but I’m done with the poor service.

Grand Opening day had a huge rush of customers, so we went later around 8pm to avoid delays. We got seated immediately and put our order in 10 minutes later. Food only took about 15 minutes to arrive. It was a much different experience compared to what the patrons described during rush hour. Atmosphere was pleasant and we thought the Isaac Newton theme was quirky. Tin cups and metal bowls were also different than the typical Vietnamese family-owned restaurant, but we found this change pretty refreshing.
Food tasted very home made. It was a surprise, but a welcomed one since the word “fresh” came to mind when tasting the ingredients. I’d prefer the pho to have more spices to add flavor to the broth although the condiments helped to an extent. The BBQ pork and rice noodle dish was excellent as were the spring roll appetizers. It was also nice to see that they served flan for dessert since not many Vietnamese restaurants in AZ do so anymore.
Right now I wouldn’t say that this place has the “best” Vietnamese food in Tucson, but the potential is there. We will definitely be coming back to see how this restaurant changes with additional consumer feedback.

It’s been cold and rainy, and I have been craving my childhood comfort food. So, I came to have pho for lunch. Also ordered the fresh coconut; and, had fun drinking it and going after the coconut flesh with a spoon and a fork! Typical to Vietnamese restaurants, it’s very casual – the general understanding is “sit where you like!” Haha, I am glad I came here by myself, so I can focus on enjoying my pho.

We have eaten in once and taken it home once – I prefer to eat there. The food is hot and fresh and the flavor is a perfect match to heal what ails you. Plenty of Pho to go around and have leftovers or share. It was such a great find for a small meet or date night.

The food is great.. when you can get it. Unless you order online you will wait 30 to 40 minutes for food. They will serve tables around you. Mind you we are always a two top. One soda, one water, 2 bowls. Nothing really complicated. I have been in the dinning room where it’s us and 2 tables, and fully packed. With just us it can still take 40 minutes. Generally I understand things made to order but I sincerely doubt they are making the broth to order for every single person in the dinning room. I also could understand being backed up, I have had orders take almost an hour to serve while I watch 6+ to go orders go out. Every single time we order something to go it’s ready within 30 minutes. It’s apparent their priorities are in the wrong spot. I will probably only order online from now on as the service side of the house is so slow and disorganized. Can’t get water within 20 minutes, can’t get any acknowledgement we exist. I have never written a review and this is my first. Largely because my disappointment is that great. Their food truly is good but waiting an hour sours the taste.
