Came into your restuaunt today around 6:30pm/6:45pm, staff member was on his cell phone. I had to say hello twice just to get his attention. Was not friendly at all, once he was done with my order he got back on his phone. Another customer came in and was waiting for the staff member to acknowledge him but no did not happen. This is sad if this is how you do buisness. I hope there are cameras in your store so you can see the poor customer service your staff provides to YOUR customers.

Went in this morning for coffee was told the machine does not work. I asked could I buy a soda and was told no. I was told to either buy something or leave. All I wanted was coffee or a soda…. Never again will I visit this place. Horrible service and I guess the employee got no training except how to make a sandwich.

You get here on a Monday at 3 o’clock in the afternoon and there’s one guy making sandwiches and there’s a line out the door there must’ve been five or six people in line with me with one guy making sandwiches I’ve never had to rate a subways. But as hungry as I was I had to walk out this wasn’t just one day this is the second time it happens to me there. I don’t know how the owners making any money like this but I won’t go there anymore .

I really love subway, even though I always get the same order every time, it’s just the thought about it that makes my mouth water especially when ordering the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki. Healthy and delicious. I think it’s a better quick snack or meal than stopping at any other fast food chains. The reason why I’m posting 4 stars is because while Subway is great, it’s not perfect. There are times when the employees make my day but stuffing my sub with so much chicken that it leaves me satisfied for the whole day. Then there are times when they only toss in 2 spinach leaves and it upsets me. So if that ever happens just let them know how you feel. It’s okay as long as you’re nice about it. Just don’t let them starve you lol.

I arrived at 8pm tonight, they close at 9pm. The guy behind the counter had everything closed up and gave me like an annoyed look cause I walked in. Took forever to make the sandwich, he didn’t know what kind of cheese they had. I was in complete disbelief the whole time I was there. How can they run a business with these kind of employees? Won’t be visiting again.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for breakfast. They over charge just because of their location. The food is fresh and the staff is friendly. They don’t offer a variety for their coffee creamers and they serve less ounces of coffee than what is served in other Subway locations.
