Attendant didn’t understand a question I made regarding an online order, tried to explain what happened, but she got frustrated and called me rude. She contacted her manager over the phone, I spoke to him and he was very understanding and nice about the situation. It was a misunderstanding, but please don’t call a customer rude special when they’re NOT.

The worse! I do not know why corporate allows this subway to remain open. The food looked so wilted like it was out all day. There is no soup. The dirty fountain machine didn’t work. You can see by the pictures they don’t care about having cool refreshing drinks and there are no cookies. Nothing about this subway is “re-freshed”, fresh or even adequate…nothing

So it’s Sunday 710/22 I went to this subway at 540pm the sign says OPEN as I walk up to the door there’s a big guy and girl (blk) locking up the door. The girl could have said as I walked up that they are closed but only after I said something! Then said they close at 530pm. Which is no where posted they close at that time, it says 930pm!

After having a bad experience at the subway 2 1/2 miles north of this location I really wanted subway. I walked out halfway through the sandwich due to unprofessionalism and missing items. When I arrived here the young lady behind the counter was very sweet and made my sandwich exactly as I would if I was behind the counter. this was the best tuna sandwich I have ever had from a subway and I thank you

Ever since new ownership this place has gone down. Waited almost 10 min because there is only 1 person working the counter and some idiot ordered 2 full subs. Then when it came my turn she asked if she can take care of another person in front of me because she ordered online. HELLO!!! Aren’t you supposed to have their order already done. I left with no sub, ended up going to Jersey Mike’s where they have 3 people on staff and they are quick plus the subs taste better. A little more expensive but well worth it. Either hire more intelligent employees or sell the damn place again. Been going to this location for over 20 years and I NC am sad to say I am not coming back.

Placed an order on Postmates. It was a veggie sub with just mayonnaise olives and lettuce. For some reason they gave me some type of weird paddy looking thing on bread. And on top of everything the cookies taste weird and bad. Worst subway of all time staff and management need to get it together
