I will never frequent this restaurant again. Their french fries were reheated (look under the counter they kept “old fries”, the beef patties were tolerable but each time the bread was stone cold. I asked them to reheat and they made a new one for me – same results. I should have followed my instinct and not proceed. UPDATE: Expected a frank conversation about the restaurant AFTER I filled up the form on their site – NO RESPONSE. 01/25/2026

It’s been a few years since our last visit to any 5 guys location so I don’t know if it’s a global issue or just this one location in particular. The food is totally disappointing – tasteless, greasy and incredibly salty. A milk shake felt artificial.
Those free peanuts that we used to love – overcooked and salty again, simply inedible.
And lastly – the interior of this location makes you feel like you are in a hospital cafe

Nothing hits after a lift like a Little Bacon Cheeseburger from Five Guys — loaded with grilled peppers, onions, and lettuce. Simple. Classic. Protein-packed.
Add a mountain of fries and a handful (or three) of those legendary peanuts and you’ve got yourself a proper recovery meal.
Sweat earned. Calories deserved.
I have been to several Five Guy’s in CT and NY and this one takes the cake. The place is super clean, with employees walking around and cleaning ever 5-10 minutes. The staff are friendliest as can be and always go above and beyond. The food is awesome of course but a Five Guy’s experience here is like no other.

Staff here hustles to get everyone their food quick. Burgers are top notch with fresh toppings, and they load you up with fries. Honestly, it’s probably a good thing the prices are a little higher… otherwise I’d be here way too much and maybe a tad heavier.

DO NOT order from here unless you’re looking to ruin dinner. My group of 3 ordered 3 burgers (1 bun-less) and a large side of fries to share. The incompetent workers at this Five Guys location are ILLITERATE and CANNOT read orders to pack for delivery.
You think it’s easy to count to 3, right? That’s not the case with the workers here. We received burgers with #1 and #3 stickers, but not the burger that should have been labeled with the “2” sticker.
If the workers on 10/10/2025 are wondering why there was a stray burger in a bowl labeled with a #2 sticker, THAT WAS MINE!
Tonight, the 2 others in my group ate their burgers, while I had to make due with a handful of fries and a banana for dinner. I hope the employee that ended up eating the burger I paid for was satisfied for STEALING my food.

Love me some five guys hamburgers, love the fact of the coke dispensers as you really choose whatever beverage you’d like and there’s a ton of them there, i love the fries and how much of them there are on the bag always. I’ll come back to five huys everytime

This is a staple for excellent food, but the order takers could be more gentle with the customer service experience. They seem upset when asked question. Meaning they just want you to order and pay. Me asking about the Cajun seasoning on fries shouldn’t seem like a hassle smh

Online orders are never ready even though their tables are always empty. Even though you order online, when you arrive to pick it up you always have to wait 20 minutes. Their staff is not efficient. I don’t want to imagine if their tables were full of people, they would simply collapse.
