Stopped taking online or app orders the days after hurricane Milton. But remained open to walk in customers. When I walked in I was told they aren’t honoring the BOGO deal that was still good without an explanation. Was always 5⭐ in the past but not honoring bogo without explanation dropped them to 1⭐ that week.

I normally dont leave reviews but I had to give this subway 5 stars. I eat here twice a week for my lunch break. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. The manager remembers your orders and serve you with a smile. The assistant manager is super nice and works fast. Give him a raise!!! Awesome guy.

The guy there is nice and sure to make sure your order is properly prepared. Online orders if anything wrong he’s and apologizes then makes sure to get it fixed. Nice & quiet place. Food was great and well portioned! Will definitely be back! Use the app for deals!

Great sandwich, no complaints!
They were closing just minutes after I walked in, which was not reflective of the times shown online. There was only one lady working there unfortunately, and she seemed to be bogged down with work. She was super sweet though and managed the last few minutes of that day like a champ! They were out of most kinds of bread unfortunately, but not the one that I wanted, whew!
I totally recommend this place, but advise you to call ahead if its later in the day to make sure they will be open when you arrive, and if you show up later, be prepared to make some potential sacrifices on your ingredients.

Literally every single employee who works here is phenomenal. By far the best customer service and attitude from employees I’ve ever seen from any retail store or restaurant. This isn’t a paid review; I’m just genuinely that impressed by this location. I go there nearly every day, mostly because of the employees.

I wish I had asked his name but the king working at 2 on this crisp Saturday made a god teir sub today. I was sent to heaven at first bite. Perfect layering of ingredients, every thing tucked in so nicely. I am very pleased as other workers tend to be a little sloppy with it. He was kind and I hope next time I come here that he is working. Thank you for changing my life

Staff quick but distracted with personal issues, causing orders to have to be repeated. No kids meals, no white bread, didn’t ask before toasting sub, and didn’t listen to request to make it a meal with chips and cookies at the register–did end up comping cookies but even then didn’t listen to the type of cookie. I’d give them a break for being run by “kids”, but so are most fast food restaurants.

I have tried this place twice with my family for home football games. I am not quite sure how a manager does not plan for an increased crowd due to the football game but both times was a fail. The first time there were only 2 people working, we waited in line for a half hour and they were out of everything. For the USF game I thought I would try again because the first time must be a fluke. We walked in, the line was long and there was only one poor guy working. I turned around and went to Jimmy John’s.

The boy waiting on me asked for 10.65 for a 6 inch tuna a bag of chips and a diet coke. I didn’t say 1 word to him just looked at him and when I did he quickly changed the total to 8.15. Management I would encourage you to keep an eye on this employer(Ahmed).
