Christa is very rude and has a nasty attitude. She needs to be fired! The young man who prepared my salad was very nice. I called to inform them they need to be careful and properly wash the lettuce because there was a cricket in my salad. I was very nice she said she couldn’t help me and hung up. I called back she’s screaming in the phone if you have a customer complaint I need you to call another location. Stating hasn’t made a salad. If the ignorant woman would listen, I was only trying to let her know to check the lettuce, before they get complaints or somebody gets sick.

The staff at this location almost ended up with multiple felony counts for stealing my son’s wallet, which contained identification and credit cards. They refused to give it back and even passed it among other employees refusing to return it. My child is a minor, and even me, his mother, was not allowed to take possession of it. I had my phone out to call the police before they would give my son back his wallet. The tall blond female employee, who appeared to be in her early 40s, advised my child to show her his social media and demanded his social security card to prove it was his wallet, even though his identification with his picture was in there. She told my son and I that he “needs to have his first and last name on his social media accounts for reasons like this.” I told her that was inappropriate and not to advise my son to put himself in harm’s way. She then accused him of being ” a human trafficked evil twin” as an excuse to withhold his belongings including credit cards before passing it to another female employee (shorter with brown hair) who also refused to return it. My son was required to pull up full credit card information on his phone to prove his identification, which is none of their business. In an attempt to call corporate headquarters, the automated system advised me I can no longer speak to a human being. My brother, who was prior law enforcement, is considering contacting local authorities to start an investigation. A response from district management or corporate would be nice as I do not trust the management of the store to properly handle this situation due to how their employees behaved. This happened on June 28, 2023 in the afternoon.

If you serve breakfast you need to open before 8:30. People have to be at work usually by 8:00. I use to buy breakfast here all the time but can not anymore due to late morning opening. I am guessing since covid they never changed their hours back??

This subway had disappointed me in the past. But now having been there four times I can say it’s a good place to grab a quick bite. It’s a very small spot, and can get very busy at lunch time. The staff here are nice and efficient. The lines do move quick.

The manager at this subway was extremely rude. I was simply helping non-English speakers translate what they were trying to tell her while she made their sandwiches. She immediately yelled at me several times to stop being a back seat driver and asked if I wanted to make the sandwiches myself. This is no way to treat paying customers, especially if they are simply just trying to help. A ,”I got it, thank you!” would do!

The women who took my order obviously ignored me when I ordered a BLT because she did not put any bacon on my sub. Also she repeated “BLT right?” after I put in the order. Won’t be returning to this location.
