When I paid for my order using the tap function with my card, a 20% tip was added without my consent or knowledge. I suspected something was off when the employee quickly tossed the receipt in my bag. I checked it, saw the tip, and asked what that was about. He said I must have pushed the button for a tip. I told him I did a tap and didn’t push a single button. He acted confused and called who I assumed was the manager. He then returned the unauthorized tip in cash. I searched the internet and saw this has become a common practice with Subway. It is dirty and consumers should be wary toward what they are being charged. Check your receipts.

We ordered through DoorDash, and the option to toast the sandwich wasn’t working. So, we called ahead and told our exact order so it would be toasted. Then, the dasher also asked them to make sure it was toasted. We then received three untoasted, poorly made mediocre sandwiches. Order from a different subway and don’t waste your time.

Staff is very rude , not considerate of others , and has terrible customer service !! Angela allowed her coworker to be very rude to be and watched the whole thing happened !! And was also rude to me herself !! I’ve gone to this subway for years and have never experienced such rude customer service and behavior . Had a problem with making my entire order . Please find people who WANT TO WORK AND BE POLITE !!!

Just…..wow. That’s the only word I can say to describe my experience.
Full disclosure: I get a lot of stuff on my sandwich, and a LOT of mayo. I always have them put it on first because it tends to be very messy. My sandwich is always messy, but I’ve NEVER experienced something like this. Once I get to the veggie station, the woman making my sandwich starts reading an online order, putting Lettuce on mine. Now, I get Lettuce, but she was about to make my sandwich with the toppings of this online order. TO ADD: She JUST made the order before our sandwiches. I tried to tell her that I do get Lettuce but prefer my mayo first. She proceeds to pile on Lettuce, then the mayo. As I told her loud and clear what I wanted, the only words she listened to were the veggies. She piled them on. I then asked for one stripe of vinegar and oil. She proceeds to squeeze the bottle and go 6 times over my sandwich. At this point i was starving and just wanted to leave, so we paid and left. This is what I opened when I got home. The entire sandwich tasted like straight vinegar. To be frank she seemed high. I definitely won’t ever be returning.

Walked in & ordered tonight. Employee was friendly and efficient. Footlong Tune & Beast. The bread was fresh & both sandwiches were perfect. Had an order of the footlong steak Doritos nachos and they were so good. Got the 6 pack cookies and they did not disappoint!

We came here because we had coupons. Well, apparently they don’t take coupons here. The guy taking my order was very strange. Whenever I would try to tell him something or ask for something he never said anything and he kept making really weird faces. Spent 20$ on a tiny wrap the size of my hand and a footlong and thats it. Had a creepy vibe in there. Not going back

I work nearby and walk over almost every shift to grab a drink. I always try the tea first before getting a fountain drink since that’s my preferred drink. But every single time it’s so sour and nasty. No matter what time I come. Probably because the drink container isn’t cleaned properly, ever. It’s so gross. Clean y’all’s tea containers

First time I’ve ever been to this subway. And it will be the last. Crew was friendly enough. I placed my order. Someone started the prep and another employee noticed the coupon in my hand that I was going to present when my order was rung up. She informed me that they don’t accept coupons. That was all I needed to hear. I told them to cancel the order and I left. With prices as high as they are these days, any fast food establishment that doesn’t accept coupons doesn’t deserve or want anyone’s business.
