I needed box lunches for 20 people on a Thursday morning, asap, as another option had fallen through. I walked in right after opening. I didn’t have high expectations this would happen given the short notice. They accommodated and had this order fully complete and ready to go out the door in about 30 minutes. The subs were well prepared and service was excellent. Compliments to the Jersey Mike team at this store for their great service.

Stayed off of Jersey Mike’s for a number of years but just started back recently since I live nearby and have had work being done on the house. Been picking up lunch here at least once a week for the last several months and can say that the staff here is friendly on point and fast. And the sandwiches are out of this world good like they were when I originally remembered Jersey Mike’s. Whatever you did to get that old joy back. Good job

Waited for a salad to be made&when it was ready a worker brought it to the counter ,called my name, did not place it in a bag or anything, I was not given any dressing for it. Alot of young people were working. The time was about 615pm on 4/28/23. I assumed sub or salads were placed in a bag for customers to take away. No I did not eat in.

Good food, AWFUL customer service. I even said thank you TWICE to the young lady who made my sandwich and nothing. No point in making an online order because when you get there it won’t be ready anyways. Do better. I’ll happily go to the hanes mall blvd location instead.

I was treated to lunch with a friend. It was my 1st time at the Jersey Mike’s location. Though there was line of maybe 10 people ahead of us, the line moved quickly…and from my observations, everyone seemed happy!

Customer Service is excellent here! Order through door dash and sandwich was messed up. Called and informed them, was able to take it back and get it made correctly. Customer Service when I returned was excellent! I highly recommend this store best in Winston Salem!

This is the only Jersey Mike’s location that puts enough mustard on my sandwiches. I have gotten into many arguments and banned from many other Jersey Mike’s in the area just because I loudly BUT POLITELY ask for more mustard. Thank you Mike!
