Going to this location to pick up a mobile app order was very easy and fast. Everyone seemd very nice and working hard. The girl working the register was sweet and seemed pretty people friendly
Order was gotten together fast from the holding area in the back and still hot. Definitely feel for being a late night stop eveyone was working nicely and not seeming disappointed to be open and assisting late night customers.

It would be nice to go to a fast food establishment and see people older than teenagers working! Someone that appreciates having a job and is trying to please the customer. Went through drive thru and the ice cream was melted before we received it. All I could hear was people laughing and having fun instead of trying to get a order correct and out. Absolutely pitiful. Seems if you want people to come back ,you would have people working that puts the customer first instead of laughing and cutting up. Service at restaurants is absolutely terrible but everyone wants a tip. Good luck!

Great deal for a quick bite. The 7 dollar meal deal. Got the chicken strips, fries, tea, and hot fudge sundae. A very satisfying meal on a budget. Chicken was crispy, fries fresh and the ice cream we got after eating so it wouldn’t be melted.Still a great deal.

Went through the drive thru for a mini blizzard with extra strawberries. When I got the window my order was incorrect. The blizzard couldn’t even be flipped because it was melting. When I let them know it was wrong my option was to pull around and someone would bring it to me. But that point, the line was wrapped around the building. Absolutely unacceptable.

Always come to this location. I came last week, as I always look forward to pumpkin milkshakes. They made one for me last week, but said they couldn’t make one today. I’m not sure why the training is different across the board and why the mix can’t be blended without the cookies. Seems like they just don’t want to make it to keep their regular customers happy. I will not return

I only went through the drive thru but it was easy and fast. The blizzards are well – blizzards! They are awesome. And it was served as intended. Upside down! Regretfully, I did not take pictures! But rest assured they tasted as great as they looked!

Staff was very friendly and store was clean. While waiting I noticed they had many things in place as safety measure for COVID. The hand sanitizer out in the lobby is a great gesture. Enjoyed the food when I got home.

We were one of 5 people in line, and a few people came after us. My mom and I ordered 3 things. We were there waiting for forty five minutes, and then noticed that the people who came AFTER us were getting their orders first. When we asked the cashier about our order, he asked the employees making the food about it, and they said they completely forgot about our order. Then they rushed to make it, but there were issues. One, my salad had a long hair in it! Two, the burger was ice cold like they had left it out for hours before serving it. Three, one of our meals had a random slice of buttered bread in it… I don’t even know how that happens. Four, the chicken meal fingers were so so tiny and overpriced. Look, I understand that sometimes fast food places get crowded.. but this was a 7pm on a Friday- not rush hour. There was NO reason to forget about us for that long, and the cleanliness issues that went along in our food. I honestly will never go here again, and their health code rating should go down.
