Although I wasn’t greeted at the door my experience was pleasant at this location. Restaurant was clean and neat. The bathroom smelled like urine but was otherwise clean. Polite customer service and my sandwiches were made to my liking. So why 4 stars instead of 5. I used a coupon for a bogo but subway policy charges you for any extras you get even though subs were identical not a true bogo nothing to do with this particular store

Subway is one of my favorite places forgot about the fact they stop serving breakfast sandwiches and open late those people are embereasing the name !!! Bread not ready tuna looks like it’s bird diarrhea really really bad stay away from it !!!!

Came into the store on Friday at 3:38pm. Was told by the employee behind the counter (who finally had his mask on the correct way) it would be about 20 minutes before he could take my order because he was doing online orders. I was blown away and obviously left.

Arrived at 10:57am and note on door stated open at 11am. Waited until 11:10am and went to Firehouse subs instead. 2 other customers waiting with me followed suit. Subway would not even answer the phone when I tried to call. They lost another customer

This Subway is never open at the times they have posted. I have come in three times before the closing time and the doors have been locked with the open sign off. Today I arrived at 8:15 and the sign on the door said the temporary hours (due to Covid) were until 9:00 P.M. I was turned away by the employee on duty who told me they were “closing early” tonight. Again this is the 3rd time something like this has happened and it makes me wonder if the store hours need to be updated or if the workers just want to end their shifts a little earlier? Apparently I have to find a new Subway location since this one is never open anymore.

Absolutely the worst Subway near me! I came in and waited 10 minutes in line only to be told that they are out of meatballs. I would understand that but the girl that was helping me said she just came in while another employee was walking around and then left! So I guess it’s customary at this store to not replenish food before leaving. NEVER will be back!

I know a lot of people like Subway’s subs, there’s nothing particularly wrong with them, I feel like they taste like any of them at home. The only other I’ve had is the meatball and I don’t care for the sauce (as a disclaimer, I’m Italian). I also worked there for a short amount of time.

My wife and I arrived at 8:40 and waited in line for 25 minutes to get our food. Once we had our food, we sat at a booth eat. We were then informed that the restaurant closes at 9:00 and we could not eat there. So, we got our money back and went elsewhere. I definitely would not recommend this Subway at all. I have phoned another Subway near by and been informed that we would not have received the same treatment – we would have been allowed to eat in the restaurant. If I am paying good money for my food and it isn’t my fault I had to wait so long, why should I not be able to eat in the restaurant?
