I came two weeks ago and they messed up my order – they gave me a gift card for a free sub to make up for it. However, now when I went to redeem the gift card, the worker tells me the staff never activated it and she would not honor it even though it was given to me by this store. Complete waste of time and poor customer service.

Love this Subway. It is always so clean. The young man, SHELDON, that works there IS the BEST. He is always so polite and friendly (even when he is slammed with lots of customers). He does a great job everytime I come in and he is working. He deserves a raise and promotion. Definitely a hard worker.

I ordered off of the app like always and when I went in to get our subs they didn’t receive it. I showed her my bank app showing that I paid. I was told theres nothing she can do to call my bank. She walked to the back sat down and started eating a sandwich leaving me in there. I’ll never come back here with a bunch of punks working here. Very bad business.

I placed a order for delivery when my food arrived it was missing a bag of chips and my sandwich was not wrapped just thrown into the bag. I called the store and told them my chips were missing from the order and the employee said they ran out of chips.They never told the delivery driver that the order was not complete I asked for a refund the employee said they do not give refunds! after I got off the phone I went to take the sandwich out of the bag and it was not wrapped and bread was burnt! I had to throw the sandwich away feared to consume! Terrible! Not the first time this location has messed up my order I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION
