The employees are rude to customers. I’ve been going to this location for years and in 2022, the quality of service and food has gone downhill. The store is dirty and the employees are disrespectful to tourists in Pine Mountain. The food is ok, but not worth going through how the employees will treat you when you visit this location. Go to 3 Little Pigs instead where they appreciate tourists and will provide excellent customer service and quality food.

The worst experience ever in subway just now have been there with the group of 8 people 4 kids and one of the lady short stature was so mean and very rude. She didn’t have any customer service skills. She must have never seen at least a group of these people . I also work in customer service department and we never be so rude and unapologetic to the customers.Subway has to really train their employees well enough to treat their customers well and with definitely’respect’Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the services ever. The reason was just she could not ring the food that we ordered and her voice was so rude . Do not ever go to this specific location

Today I had the cold it combo on Italian cheese bread. The sandwich overall was good however the bread was a little tough. Also the ladies room needed a good cleaning. The cookies were on point and the lemonade was good. That is all.

I have been coming here for a while now. Each time I’ve arrived it’s been good service. Friendly staff and overall clean atmosphere. However today when I arrived I was treated rudely! It was 1:00 pm and there was only 3 people in like at the time. The girl (blonde hair and short girl) ran to the door and locked it on me. She ran back to the checkout and looked at me but laughed. I was denied service. I thought maybe it was closing but no they were not closing until 5. I am highly disappointed in this. I will NOT be going back. Terrible. You NEVER dismiss customers like that and with no reason? TERRIBLE

Had a bad experience with the Subway in Pine Mtn Ga. I was ordering my sandwiches & the young man couldn’t even make the sandwich I wanted. Had to tell him what came on it. All he could say was he was new. I blame the management for this. They should be properly trained!! It was not clean where all the vegetables were!!

Worst experience EVER!!!! The server with the dirty blonde hair was touching her made up face with her gloves on, then proceeded to grab the turkey, without changing gloves. When reminded what she did, she smirked, changed gloves. The other guy was bringing out new turkey, which she opened, then proceeded to mix it in with the tainted turkey…with an attitude!!!! We left and drove to Blimpies. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

They seemed rather bothered that we were there… my sandwich literally had the meat outside the bun.. when I opened the paper it was like meat on one side bread on the other.. super rude and hurrying us. The manager was there and was the one doing most of it.. so we won’t be back for awhile

Manager is the biggest bully to her employees and customers. They can’t keep staff, which tells you who the problem is. Take your business anywhere but here, bc even the owners have been contacted and refused to hear about my experience. The reviews speak for themselves.

I wish there were 0 stars. Worst Subway ever, the first day we were there an altercation between the employees and the costumer, the very next day it happened to us over mayonnaise!?!?!. The costumer is the boss, this management team needs to take service 101 lessons. The next day we went to the grocery store and just .are our own sandwiches
