The 5 Stars are for the employees who were very nice, polite and friendly. When I went to check out and the machine asked me if I wanted to leave a tip I asked the employees if they split the tips at the end of the day. Surprisingly they said No. The employee that works the most hours gets the tips. Well, the owner always works the most hours therefore when you tip, you’re actually tipping the owner for the good work and service the EMPLOYEES gave you. As a business owner myself I am appalled at this practice. Your employees can make or break you. If you’re business accepts tips the employee(s) that EARNED them should take them home. If I could give the owner a 0 I would. The reasoning that the employee who works the most hours gets the tips doesn’t make any sense in the first place. But for an OWNER to do this to their employees is completely unacceptable. Especially considering the owner makes the schedule and the employees are all part time so the owner doesn’t have to pay the additional required taxes, unemployment, etc., he’s already making money off of them. My suggestion, if you visit the establishment and choose to leave a tip… hand it to the employee. Don’t leave it on the credit card machine. #tipsforemployees

Toasted sandwich yet chicken and bacon were still cold. They didn’t have the first meat for sandwich I asked for They Charge you 50. extra for every extra veggies. Which I have never seen before. They were out of a couple ingredients. they put minimum amount of items as possible on sandwiches. They were difficult to understand. Not very polite. Had to charge my card twice because they messed up and charged me for a different sandwich price. None of them smiled. Just wasn’t a very good experience. Didn’t feel like I got my moneys worth.

The rude and ugly behavior was so sad. They only except certain subway coupons for certain sandwiches only. They were out of tomato and spinach and provolone cheese. But charged .50 extra for extra onion. I will not go there again. Which is sad because I live a half of a mile from them. I will gladly drive to Swainsboro

Out of stock of several items including ham. There was a sign about being out of ingredients so I’m certain it was not just a very unlucky timing. Sandwich seemed thinner than the normal Subway width. Finally, it was over $25 for 3 six inch subs if which two were combos which felt like a lot. Food was normal Subway quality. It was fine.
