The customer service is pretty good. They really do make your sandwiches look like art. Their drink machine needs work tho. There was no ice in it and the lids they had was scattered all over the place. When I asked them about the ice they told they didn’t have any. Wish they would have told me before hand. I didn’t make a big deal about it tho because they do a good job with my sandwich everytime I go.

I ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 bags of sunchips online on March 5 from this Subway. The sandwiches were delivered, but I did not receive the sunchips. I called Subway and left a message, but did not receive a call back. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I feel I should get what I pay for. However, it seems like Subway doesn’t care about their customers. Without customers, they would not have a business. I know 2 bags of chips is a small amount of money, but for me, it is about the principle. So, subway has lost me as a customer. However, I’m sure they don’t care.

this crazy woman told me she could not put onions and black olives in the toaster “they don’t do that at this location” like what I can tell the time I walk in she had an attitude like she don’t wanna b there store dirty but you sitting down like where is management corporate needs to do a better assessment of the people they hire she is there for a check while doing little work with an attitude and taking it out on customers this place will not last long with this type of behavior
