Wow!!!!! Thank you so much to whoever decorated two sheet cakes for my company cooking contest! I called my order in on the afternoon of 3/24 with no idea of what I wanted on my cakes. The young lady I spoke to on the phone was patient with me when I was trying to make up my mind on the words and picture I wanted. I don’t really know what I was expecting, but when my boss came in and opened the cakes, I was almost in tears!!! They were BEAUTIFUL!!! Everyone thought they were adorable and I am still genuinely blown away by the detail and care put into them! Thank you SO MUCH!!! Keep up your wonderful work!

The only issue is that the location makes it difficult to access without going into a parking lot and turning around or doing a U-turn on a busy street. There is a drive-through and it moves fast. They are the #1 store but seem to keep up with the customers just fine – doing a great job! Friendly staff and helpful.

The pretzels were cold inside, the fries were cold, they forgot the sauce to my chicken strips which were dry. So the whole meal sacked! Workers were nice at the window. Not enough to make me want to go back!

We go here quite frequently. There’s usually a line but they move it quick. Only complaint is the blizzards are soft and always have been. I hate when they turn them upside down which this location never does (thankfully). If they did, the ice cream would probably fall out.

extremely frustrating as a delivery driver to take an order here when the lobby is closed so you have to go through the drivethru with 6+ cars in it. there needs to be a more effective system for delivery drivers to be able to pick up orders without ruining their delivery time by adding 25 unnecessary minutes to the delivery time.

We all spent quite a bit of money on food and ice cream and wanted to enjoy some pickles after dinner. We were given an unsatisfactory amount, and when we requested additional pickles we were denied and threatened with a ban if we asked for more. Beyond that mild inconvenience, the service was slow and full of mistakes at less than peak hours

Asked for a cookie dough blizzard with only vanilla ice cream and cookie dough, and they lied to my face and said there was nothing else in it, when they clearly put chocolate syrup in it.

Last time I was here I think they were understaffed as it took forever to prepare my blizzard which takes only a few minutes at other Dairy Queen locations. This Dairy Queen spot was at Eagan close to Town Centre.

Avoid this DQ. Placed an online order 1/2 hour before closing, drove there to pick it up. Waited in my car under the flashing “OPEN” sign. No food delivered for 30 minutes. Called them many times, but they would not answer the phone. Knocked and knocked, no answer. Found the back door open, where the alleged owner of the store told me I would have to leave. I told him I had already paid. Quite a business model: Accept payment, give nothing. There are many other DQs. Go to one of those.

Feel ripped off on my Blizzard. First time at this location. The blizzard treat topped off 3/4″ BELOW lip of the cup. No wonder they capped it so I wouldn’t notice and complain. All other DQ locations I’ve been to, the ice cream overfills the cup and I’m asked if I want a lid. When I pay DQ prices, I expect my money’s worth. Fill it completely to the top!
