Save your money and go anywhere else to eat. I didn’t know it was possible to mess up as badly as they did. Not only that, apparently serving soured and spoiled ingredients is now the thing to do. I ordered through the app which I guess was my mistake because the employees at this location need to be monitored like bad children at day care. If you want to get the completely wrong order consisting of food that will stick you on a toilet for a week, then bon appetit. This place is a horrendous excuse for a fast food restaurant. Your money is better spent on a knuckle sandwich from a stranger. These employees all deserve to be blacklisted from employment for how awful they are at their jobs.

Great customer service. A greeting when I walked in and the sandwich was just right. (Simple yet tasty just like I like it) I purchased the meal a foot long with chips and a drink. the store was clean and well scented. There’s a nice amount of seating for dining in, several cookie flavors to choose from, multiple chip brands and an array of beverages from fountain to bottled. Be sure to add fifty cent to your order if you prefer a bottled drink over the fountain options. I didn’t know that initially, but the nice server Mr Hassan or Halal (I apologize for not getting it correct) was nice enough to cover that fee for me. Restrooms are located to the back of the store. There are several entrances into this shopping plaza to get to this Subway. Enjoy your meal

Came here to grab something quick after shopping at the beauty supply store nearby and the employee was the worst! She didn’t speak to me in a manner that says she has good customer service. It really made me feel like I could have taken my business elsewhere honestly. She makes a point to speak appropriately to white customers such as saying ” , what can I get for you.” But to black customers she doesn’t say anything except “can I help you.” I work in the food industry and let me tell you, if I was her manager, I would fire her. What makes this crazy is she is black herself. I even said thank you and she said nothing. That made me really regret tipping her and coming into this location which I hardly ever come into. It’s literally been like 4-5 years since I have been inside of here and I’m never coming back ✌️.

Filthy. Manager walking around barefoot. Condiments and straws are soaking wet. Drinks had no lid, the lids were sitting on the counter dirty and my sandwich was laid on them when passed to me. Hope a food inspector comes by asap.

I’ve had many annoying experiences at this Subway, but today I’ve had it and I will not return to this location. First of all, the women who work at this Subway barely speak English and I always have a communication problem with them. The woman making my sandwich made it very poorly and just threw all the toppings on very sloppy and put all the condiments right in the middle of the sandwich. At the register when she asked me if I wanted anything else, I told her I wanted the combo PLUS two cookies with my meal. I paid and went to get my drink and chips, and she starting yelling at me that I couldn’t get any chips because I’d only paid for the cookies. I’d specifically told her I had wanted both and she was very rude and told me I needed to give her another $1.06. She didn’t even apologize for making the error and had a very rude tone when demanding I pay her the extra dollar. I have tried to tolerate my experiences at this Subway but it’s so frustrating that they have lost my business.
