Huge waste of money!!!!! Ordered my son a beef and rice bowl for $9. He got a container with half a spoon of rice and a few crumbles of meat. 2/3 of the container was empty. I also ordered a Pepsi but got diet. $36 total for hardly any food and the wrong drink. Do better.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Nachos Bell Grande and a taco. The taco was severely lacking—barely a teaspoon of meat and cheese, with just a sprinkle of lettuce. The nachos were essentially just beans and chips. The food was extremely disappointing. I don’t like getting ripped off. I won’t be returning, and I’d strongly recommend others steer clear of this place.

We stopped here around lunchtime on black Friday so it was kind of busy but not packed. However, the food took a while in the drive through line. The workers were very courteous and apologetic about how long it took. However, the tomatoes on my wife’s tostada were only halfway thawed out from being frozen. I would guess the time and food would be better under normal conditions.

*Christian* is the deal. Stopped by with my little trolley bus. Had a friendly chat with Christian, who got my order perfect and also helped me out with directions to my hotel. Food was good. Was going to do employee review off receipt, but I lost it. Friendly atmosphere with plenty of parking. Very fast.

Ordered the party nacho box & they said they were out of boxes for the party nacho box. Said they couldn’t substitute, but they could sell me a couple of Nacho Bell Grande’s. So I ordered 2 with no beans, extra beef. Not only is the Nacho Bell Grande smaller, but I paid an extra $2.00 for extra chips, not beef! Proof is pictures. The Nacho Bell Grande Box is about the size of a 6 inch Subway sandwich box (maybe smaller) if they’d put sandwiches in a box. I paid basically for 2 small boxes of chips what I would’ve paid for the Party Nacho Box! Would highly recommend staying at home and eating. Didn’t want to rate them at all, but this was the only way to show people what they’re paying for.
