I have been a customer here for more than 10 years. Today I gave them one more chance. I ordered the same sandwich that we always get. I ordered a 3 in tuna that my wife eats. I was told they could not make it they said they could only make 6 in. I order 2 sandwiches on white bread and when I got home they gave me wheat bread. Where are all the good restaurants that care about there customers? Why can’t they train employees to give good service? I won’t give Subway any more of my hard earned money.

This Subway is the cleanest and most organized subway I’ve ever been to. They try to be as quick as possible for your orders. The bread and cookies are always fresh and you can smell it as soon as you walk in. Product is kept up to date.

Went in tonight to get subway at 8:45. The website says you close at 9:30. I get to the door and the door is locked. I see workers inside so I knocked. “We are closed.” they respond in unison. I point at the sign and explain their hours say otherwise. They basically went on to tell me so what. While typing this review they sent another customer away. I’ve always loved this location and have frequented it plenty but this is the second time more recently that they were closed early with no explanation. Either change your closing times on the door and online or honor the times posted.

I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN!!!! I asked for extra meat and cheese on my steak and cheese. I didn’t even get the normal amount (2 pieces of cheese on a foot long) but they still charged me for extra. When I questioned it, the 2 Indians that were running the place said that that was the new SUBWAY standards. Lost a customer. Lying, rude and greedy folks won’t get another penny of my money

Pretty sad you walk in at 9pm expecting to order something…but the workers have already cleaned up everything. Walked in with my wife and daughter one girl mopping says something, other worker comes up and takes the boards to make sandwiches and walks to the back an stands there. While the other other girl is just standing their laughing. Needless to say we won’t be back to visit. To the owners/managers of this store might want to do some one on one training with the employees who closed October 17th, 2017 about customer satisfaction and how the customer signs their paycheck!
