Their workers attitudes suck. They made me the wrong drink today so I went back and politely said I had been there a few minutes ago and got the wrong drink. I pull up and the girl has the most miserable face on and says absolutely nothing, just looks at me. I handed her my drink saying I wasn’t sure if they needed it back or not, she just nodded and turned around and left. No smile, no I’m sorry about that. Not a single word! Horrible customer service!

I love the location and it was very neat inside. There’s not much space for parking or for the drive through on a busy day but luckily the customer service was quick and cordial.

I went through the drive through everything flowed As usual and the person taking orders was able to comprehend my clear instructions(compared to some other locations). But oddly They couldn’t make my cup correctly. I asked for 3 sugars and 3 creams and got it back tasting, extremely bland and flavorless. I looked at the ticket to see if it said, blueberry or not. And it did, but I tasted absolutely no blueberry, along with this, the cup didn’t taste As if it had any sugar, but sometimes they just don’t bother to mix it. Not having anything to mix it with, I drank through the plain bitterness in an effort to get a coffee in me before I clocked in. And to no avail at the bottom of the cup, there was no sugar or overly sweet The last few sips. It seemed as if they just hit my cup with a couple pumps of cream and scent, it out the window.

This Dunkin’ always does such a great job! Karen at the drive-thru truly makes my day every time I come through. She’s always so pleasant, kind, and upbeat. It’s the highlight of my morning. I actually drive a little extra just to come to this location, and Karen plays a big role in that. Thank you for always starting my day off right!

every SINGLE time i order from this dunkin’, my drink either tastes like lake water or they make it wrong. whenever i ask them to remake it bc it’s just plain wrong, they give me attitude. i always try to be nice to fast food workers, bc as one myself i know how stressful it can be. however, making an order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. is absolutely ridiculous. especially when all it is is a frozen coffee with 2 mocha swirl. how do u manage to mess that up? it’s actually getting so ridiculous that i might just stop coming here and start telling others to avoid this dunkin’.

Yes the parking is small and I know that’s the chief complaint but it’s not a huge issue most people use the drive thru anyhow. Nice location ,friendly staff and very clean bathrooms .

I am a daily customer of the Gloversville location. If not twice a day on occasions I never complain. I never say anything. I don’t complain when they’re out of cold brew I don’t complain when they make my drink wrong but today I actually got very upset. I activated a coupon in the Dunkin app to purchase a drink and get half a Dozen donuts for three dollars .from the app I placed my Mobile order I did realize that only my drinks were in the cart so when I got there, I asked the girl if I needed to purchase the donuts separately for three dollars she cannot answer the question because she did not have the app. She did ask another coworker who came over. She did come over showed me how to do the app in the store and Asked what drink I wanted I stated I already ordered two drinks. How do I get the donuts? She completely walked away. I went over to get two straws and I heard her say I don’t know. Just give her something and she set my drinks up . I was standing right there I took that as I was not gonna get any more help and basically just get out of the store. I think these employees need work on their customer service. I would rather drive 15 minutes to Mayfield or to Johnstown and get treated nicely said hello to when entering or in the drive-through and their tip appreciated. I was gonna place my order for donuts, And pay for them full price, but at that point forget it! Nichole
