DO NOT Order Online from this Location: Best to go inside for better service! We ordered $80 worth of delivery for sandwiches with no condiments, and the whole order was wrong. They skimped on the meats. The cookies were the only thing good about this order. If my car wasn’t in the shop for a week I would’ve had to carry a folding chair to the store to teach them how to make sandwiches. You can’t make this stuff up. They won’t answer the phone. Jersey Mike has earned my business ever since. If you want to be disappointed then order from the App via Doordash. You were warned!

Very clean overall location, and has that classic subway smell. They messed up my online order, and I was a bit upset when I got back, but always believe in giving people a second chance cause mistakes happen and I would want someone to give me a second chance if I messed up. It seemed like the location manager was doing interviews and overheard my plight, and not only allowed me to keep the extra food as it would go to waste (something I hate, even if I don’t like it, I could feed it to someone who would, which is AWESOME and a great look for Subway. This lady should definitely be training everyone in the area, this is one of the better locations I’ve seen run in a long time. She obviously takes a bunch of pride in her work.)

Don’t waste time ordering online!! Ordered at 6:20 app said it would be ready at 6:45! I’m there click the button saying I’m here. 6:50 no one comes out , I call and the girl says she don’t know how to do curbside but they haven’t started fixing my order. I explained to her I understand and I’m patient, I am here waiting for my subs. 7:10 I go in and they have not started on my order!

I ordered online through my app , used my $2 rewards before work august 6,2023.. On the app, It stated that it was ready however when my boyfriend got up there she stated “ it’s canceled we are out of turkey “ so when are we getting my refund ? Why didn’t you call? They gave him NO answers .. I had to call 6 times for them to answer just to say 5-eight business days ! She was VERY rude , didn’t give me her name when I asked . I will not be going to subway anymore at all… the disrespected when I am a constant customer. I’ll rather buy my own items to make me a sub! F SUBWAY!

My experience at this location was one of the absolute worst experiences at a restaurant I’ve had in awhile. The 2 girls behind the counter have ZERO personality. To say that they’re unfriendly is an understatement. The bread wasn’t baked well at all but was at least edible. I definitely won’t come back to this location again. I can’t even say I got bad customer service because I barely got any at all. I only gave 1 star because I can’t leave 0.
