It’s ok. People are nice and clean however everything I order a soft drink out of the machine, it was flat. So, I started getting a bottle out of the cooler and 2x it was flat and at least 4 months old. So even though food is good, I guess I gotta bring my own drinks..ugh

Whoever is the girl working a shift at 8:30pm on April 19th 2023 needs to be fired. Not only did we have to wait for 10 minutes to even be greated or get our order taken. But the service from this girl was rude, and like she didn’t want to be here. That’s fine, please don’t work in customer service if you have HORRIBLE customer service. The bread wasn’t made, the window wasn’t even open and the 2 employees were just sitting on their phones in the dining area. Do better.

I’ve come here four times. I’ve given it a chance to improve four different times. Everytime except once there was something wrong. So the first time, something from the oven I assume was burnt onto my sub, it wasn’t food it looked like something mesh? I was halfway to my job an hour away when I discovered it. I tried to call no one would answer. A couple months later I go after placing an order through the app, I’m charged for two subs when I ordered one and when I tried to explain to the woman working what was going on she told me there was nothing she can do about that. That’s fine it was through the app I get it. Fast forward atleast two months I JUST went through the drive thru and the woman never asked me if I wanted one of the subs toasted, I get up to the window I tell her “ hey you never asked if I wanted this specific sub toasted, can I get it toasted? “ she cuts me off very rudely and says “ it’s already wrapped and you didn’t ask for it to be toasted “ I said “ you never asked? “ and she said “ it’s already wrapped “ when I tried to rebuttal that just to ask if she could toast it real quick she literally WALKS away from me and comes back with the card reader. At that point I was done. Like what is wrong with you? I work in the food and service industry I get difficult people. But I wasn’t being difficult. And I’ve tried to be understanding so many different times. I never leave bad reviews, but this is just continually a problem.

I placed an order in the subway app and it wouldn’t allow me to modify anything so I called the store and talked to the old woman than works there and explained exactly how I wanted it made. I even put how I wanted it made in the comments section in the app. Have been going to this subway for almost two years and this woman is ALWAYS rude to us. They have fired or gotten rid of all the kind employees. Not only was my order wrong when I checked it on the way home, when I went inside and explained the problem, the lady argued with me and told me I was wrong. She told me that she wasn’t wasting the bread and I would have to put my own sauce on it.I SPECIFICALLY asked in the app AND on the phone for my sub’s NOT TO BE TOASTED. she argued with me and was going to refuse to fix my order until I SHOWED HER ON THE RECEIPT WHERE IT SAID NOT TOASTED. after she saw that, she turned around in a huff like she was mad that she had to fix the mistake that SHE MADE. SHE IS ALWAYS SO RUDE. THIS LOCATION WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN! ALL BECAUSE OF HER AND HER SNOTTY HIGH AND MIGHTY ATTITUDE!
