The only reason I’m doing this three stars is well for two reasons number one she was shorthanded and overwhelmed and number two hardly put any toppings or meat or cheese on my sandwich didn’t toast it so it was a little disappointed there was literally a thin layer if I couldn’t even taste the turkey that’s how bad it was there was like a couple pieces of turkey on there it was the worst Subway sandwich I’ve ever gotten but I felt bad because the employee was there by herself so maybe that’s the reason otherwise you know when you go here make sure they put the correct amount of meat on there you might even have to ask for extra because it was a horrible looking sandwich

I had the most wonderful experience at this Subway (9/6, about 6:30pm) and that’s saying something! I wish I had caught the employee’s name, but she was quick, intuitive, and had a strong grasp of customer service! As she was a mom herself, she knew, without even me telling, which kid got which sandwich and made sure that we got what we all wanted. We shared a laugh or two, left with smiles, and went on with the night. This employee, who ever she is, is enough for me to come back time after time. Job well done!!!

Went to the drive thru and order 2 wraps. Got one made correctly and 1 was wrong. Called and talked to the Manager on duty and she told me I could come back and pay for another wrap even though they made the mistake. So now as a consumer you have to pay twice when and employee of a business you are purchasing something from makes a mistake.

20 minutes of my life that I cannot get back and no sandwich to prove for it. I went to this location to order a toasted chicken bacon ranch sandwich, which should have been no problem (I’m a creature of habit and this is my go-to sandwich). The encounter started normal, then the counter-person began making my sandwich with stale-looking bread. She then started talking in a lowered voice and nodding; however, I thought that she was speaking to someone else on Bluetooth – it was a minute before I realized that she was talking to me. Next, she placed my sandwich into the toaster and 8-10 minutes later, the cheese was barely melted. The counter-person then slung a plastic glove at me and told me to check to see if the chicken on my sandwich was warm enough. I refused. I wasn’t angry at this weird encounter, I was just frustrated that I wasted so much time. The only saving grace was that they allowed me to fill-up my ice cup.

I am a frequent customer at this location. The staff is always so great and friendly! Today was especially exceptional! I almost always go inside. However, today I used the drive thru. I was using my bank card to pay and my card was declined. I immediately checked my account on my phone and discovered that I had fraudulent charges on it. Trey told me not to worry about. That I was good to go! This totally made my day! Thank you so much! Y’all are amazing!
