This place is usually always busy. The staff are usually on point with the food, BUT we had an issue with one of the day managers when we tried to explain to her that she gave us a small drink instead of a large like we ordered. It clearly stated the order on the bag but she refused to change it. We let it go since she seemed stressed out of her mind due to orders being backed up and my husband and I know how it’s like working in the food industry. The entrance and exit of the place could have been done better. With the amount of traffic inside the restaurant, you can expect the usual cleanliness with any fast good joint but compared to other McDonald’s, it’s on the cleaner side.

It is 10:30 pm on July 28,2023. The girl in purple shirt,short in height withbrown hair just took my order. I had a reward for a free large drive with a purchase. She gave me a medium after me waiting for over 5 minutes. So immediately I thought they were just making new ones. The ones I got were cold and soggy and when I corrected her letting her know it was super large fry she gave me her back and then turned around with the worst attitude and facial expression told me no it’s a medium and walked away I even had the reward in front of me that it’s for a large. She definitely needs an attitude adjustment or talking to.

I never thought I’d write a review for a McDonalds but here it is, I can acknowledge that this review will likely get buried under the slew of bad reviews on here, to which I say how lucky are we that our issues fit on the tips of our tongues that fit into words and tips of our fingers that fit onto a keyboard to type them out. That being said, this is my experience, I pulled into the drive thru at a late hour after partying with some friends after one of the roughest weeks of my life, I was greeted by a kind voice telling me it would be a few minutes and they were cash only to which I said okay take your time, I work in the service industry so I always have cash and I can completely empathize with them being a bit backed up. I waited a few minutes and then a car full of a few young men pulled up to the other ordering kiosk beside me. I thought I heard the young men place their order so since it had been a few minutes and I was in fear that the young woman serving me had forgotten and I didn’t want the timer inside to go on too long, i reversed and drove back up then I placed my order. I got to the window and came to learn the item I’d ordered was out of stock for the night considering they were switching to breakfast(think 3:01am on 6/10/23). I told them that was perfectly okay and I’d happily take the last spicy chicken sandwich they had in their arsenal for the night, but only under one condition. I wanted cheese. The kind, tall woman with blonde and brunette braids informed me she wouldn’t charge me to add cheese to my order and I was over the moon. Then the shorter young woman with straight dark hair came and offered multiple apologies before giving me my total which came out to $10 and some change, I handed her a $20 and told her to keep the change. She was so happy and told me her drawer was off a bit from earlier and this would help her get it back on track. Hearing that I handed her another $10 bill and told her that was hers to keep, if people could have seen the gratitude she had for that simple tip. Kindness goes a long way. I just want this to be a reminder to be kind to your service workers, we’re human just like all of you. And to the two young women that served me at the drive thru tonight, I’m sorry I didn’t catch either of your names to include in this review and I hope including the date and time help to pinpoint who you both are, but please know the world is better because both of you are in it. Keep doing exactly what you’re doing and keep being the women you showed me today. This worlds needs more kindness, compassion and gratitude and you both are stellar examples of such. I hope you both reap everything good this world has to offer. Thank you<3

They r a rascist place. The server on the drive thru..just took someone else’s order that was after me. When i asked her she said it was because she hates white people and the other person was a different race…thats rascist….you lost my business..hire people that dont look at your race!

This has to be the slowest McDonalds in the state. Fast food only if you’re a sloth. If you order multiple burgers in the drive thru be prepared to pull into a spot and wait. It’s happened nearly every time I go there.

The service and quality of the menu items are the worst in the city when it comes to fast food. There is always a menu item that it not available. Don’t plan on a shake because only one employee knows how to make the shake machine work and is typically not there when you are. Thumbs down!!!!

Update, 8-20-23.. nothing like ripping off hard-working people. $1.50 for a so-called slice of cheese!!!! Other locations don’t charge that much, why? Just another reason to boycott and make you completely go out of business and cook it home. You’re ridiculous and pathetic establishment problems start at the corporate office. You’re ripping people off for under quality and overpriced food. Not to mention the staff that you hire.. time for a viral boycott for these places and shut them down.
