Came here to order burger and nuggets. Very clean organized . Service is fast at 3pm during weekday. For a nugget pack with a Toney nugget in it. Ask her if she could please replace it. Was very pleasant and didn’t hesitate to give me a whole new nuggets order. Excellent customer service! Thank you

Food is decent here, service is very poor. They won’t give a sauce packet for a sandwich ordered plain without charging extra. I don’t want mayo on my McChicken, I really shouldn’t have to pay extra to get a pack of honey mustard instead. What happened to one sauce per item? Won’t be going to team gomez McDonald’s, as this is not a one off thing but just how little they value a 5x a week customer.

MANAGEMENT SUCKS!!
I went through the drive through where i used a coupon code for free fries with $2 purchase. When I got to the window and asked for the new WcDonalds sauce (coulda been 1 and I woulda been happy) the manager came over and said I need to pay for it. So I ask “if I got a sweet and sour instead it’s free?” She replies “yes but you want this one which isn’t in front it’s in the back so you need to pay” even the front worker running the drive through was astounded from her. NEVER COMING BACK!!

McDonald’s West Boylston St, Worcester MA. Ordered 2 plain hamburgers and they were both like this, missing half the meat. Ended up putting both pieces of burgers together to make 1 complete hamburger. I come here a lot, and usually have no problems, but this us the 2nd time this happens. I understand it’s fast food, but come on… you can do better! Thank you.

Everybody feels the same way about McDonald’s except for those die hard consumers. Chelsea is the only reason I would give this restaurant a five she is so bubbly and smiling, and instantly uplift the atmosphere. Very kind very considerate.

Waited in the pouring rain for 30 minutes for cold soggy food and asked for new fries and recieved fries that were just slightly warmer and a little less limp. And the sandwiches were not made correctly. They were overcooked, rubbery and cold.
