This is a place where “Karen’s” are born. Getting serviced here has become increasingly stressful and awkward to say the least. I looked around like I was being punked tonight as I watched this woman prepare my food in a pool of sour cream that spilled over onto the counter. It was so messy that even her hands were covered in it and left a thick layer on the lid after she closed it. So much that the marker barely transferred what she was labeling. I had to ask the cashier to please wipe it off before placing it in the go bag with my other items… Not that that even helped by the time I walked home (two blocks) the entire bowl was so soaked that it broke through the bag. For me this location has gone down hill and as convenient this location was once its just not worth it anymore.

This Chipotle is a HOT mess. We were so excited to have a Chipotle open so close to us, but this one has always been mediocre. Still, we patronized them and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Today, I had enough and called their customer service line to have my order refunded. The food is usually okay. But the service leaves everything to be desired.

This was the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. The staff was utterly rude and spoke back to me when I asked for certain items. After I got the wrong order they did not correct it and incorrectly charged me. I expect better from such a large chain and will never go to chipotle again. Unbelievable!!!!!!

This chipotle was quick, quiet, and convenient. The location was clean throughout. The staff, while a bit reserved was very quick and helpful and our food was delicious, as always.

I tried ordering a quesadilla as a walk in, as I have multiple times before at this location, and today the staff member refused to take my order. Something should be noted on your front door or seen somewhere before ordering that ordering a quesadilla is not an option in person. What if you want to pay with cash and cannot order online? This is honestly ridiculous. Other locations have never refused a customers order. Very unprofessional. The lady at the register was nice and the place looked clean, which is why I am giving 3 stars.

This chipotle is god awful. Laziest group of a chipotle staff I have ever seen. Multiple times I have ordered online 20 minutes before, just to show up and my food not be ready, when there is no line in the store. I show up and the workers look at me like I’m crazy for expecting my order to be ready while they are in the middle of doing literally nothing.

No quesadillas, staff often gets orders wrong, they have no idea how to wrap a burrito (they tend to just squash it together so it completely falls apart at the first bite, and the cross contamination behind the counter is a serious issue for people with food allergies like me

Today January 1st around 5:00pm we came to this place, starving after driving a long way from Florida, and we had the worst customer service ever. The girl who takes the order and serves was super rude, like annoyed, rushing us to tell her what we wanted, annoyed because I asked her for an additional bowl. By the way, it smelled bad there, everything was dirty, there were food remains on the floor and tables. Added to this, the cashier registered our order plus that of the customers who came behind, when we told her to show us what she was charging, she got upset and took a long time to eliminate what was extra. In short, how unpleasant to go to a place in these conditions, where they treat you badly, and on top of that they wanted to charge me more than what it was… AVOID THIS PLACE.!

I went in today and I got a chicken bowl when I got back to my truck I tasted way too much lime on my food so I went back to see if they can switch out my bowl I only took one bite of the food and the manager told me that everything has lime on it even the beans which is okay but I wanted to trade my bowl and she said I got to pay for another one she kept arguing that the chicken didn’t have lime and I told her it did but she didn’t really want to hear it so I just left the line I left the bowl I paid for and didn’t eat lunch . Thank you chipotle .
