I’m usually pleased with this location, but today they didn’t get it right. We ordered online for pickup. My sandwich was supposed to be toasted (it wasn’t), with extra pickles (I only got about 6 or 7), and light dressing (there was a lake of dressing left on my plate when I was done).

Subs are always good, and service is usually great. I have had some experiences coming in to order a sandwich and hearing a second employee talking loudly and profanely in the back. It doesn’t happen often, but it does kind of sour the experience.

I tried to enter at 7:58 a.m. on a Monday. Doors are locked. I tried again at 8:05 a.m. still locked with an employee within sight. Guess they don’t want to sell food.

THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT IT’S A DAYCARE!!! There was A TODDLER (probably 2-3) in the kitchen!! The woman making my sub was rude and half occupied by her actual CHILDREN yelling for her about what they’re having for dinner and pushing past me at the counter while I was ordering. the kids were just hanging out in there at a messy table with all their stuff. this is unacceptable. the cashier guy was nice about it and looked like he understood my concern. haven’t even eaten yet but also their spinach was all wilted and slimy so…..don’t eat here I’m warning you!!!

After placing my order online and paying with my card, I went to the restuarant to pick up my food. After getting there I was told my order wasn’t showing in their system. I provided them with my order number and showed then my online banking, showing that the money was taken from me. I was told sorry we can’t do anything about it. They didn’t give me my food or even attempt to contact their corporate, to rectify the issue. I order from this subway every other week. Not anymore after the way I was treated. This subway has the poorest customer services. Not even from the employees, but the owner himself.

Great experience! Went @ 11:50 on 5/9, and it was great service! I don’t usually do a review, but my chicken ceaser wrap was made perfectly. I go to so many subways and they are sloppy and make a mess. She did a fabulous job and should be commended on making such. Like I’ve said, I’ve been to subways around and this one was made perfectly. Thank you! I’ll go out of my way to go to this subway again!

This place sucks. Workers have an attitude. Don’t blame them since most of the time they are by themselves. Hint to the owner….i don’t want to wait 20 min for a sandwich after the lunch rush is over. Would love to talk to you and try to understand why the under staffing occurs regularly.
