Food could have been better. Crispy chicken sandwich has no sauce on it and its 2 piece tenders jalapeño fries was ok the jalapeños were dried out and had tasted bad.

I had the worst fast food experience ever! I placed an online order at 7:46pm and received a confirmation that it would be ready at 8:06pm. However, when I went to collect my order at 8:07pm, it wasn’t ready. I had to go back to the counter to pick it up at 8:09pm, only to find out they had forgotten my milkshake. The staff member, Tiffany, told me it would take another 5 minutes. After finishing my burger, I followed up on my milkshake at 8:25pm, but the two ladies discussing it didn’t hand it over to me. I noticed they were handing out seven other milkshake orders before mine, so I went to the counter again. This time, they said it still wasn’t ready, even though they had just handed a vanilla milkshake to another DoorDash order. Frustrated after waiting 30 minutes for my milkshake, I asked for a refund, but they refused since it was a mobile order. When I asked if I could get a gift card of the same amount instead, they declined that too. I’m extremely disappointed and my daughter is heartbroken because the establishment failed to deliver her milkshake due to their incompetence. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

I’ll never return to this place again. Took 40 min to get my order. The kids working have no desire to quickly cook to get the burgers out. And obviously don’t pay attention on how to cook the patties… when I got my burger, double, the meats were way over cooked. It was almost burnt, so it was crunchy. Meat should not be crunchy. It was the worst burger experience ever!! Was it a fluke my one time there? Don’t understand how this place as good reviews. For a place to be called Smash Burger, I expected a great burger like shake shack. But was highly disappointed.

I’m a vegetarian and I don’t care for being burgers (a texture thing) But you can never go wrong with any of their sides so I ended up with smash fries. They’re amazing brussels sprouts and their irresistible milkshakes (salted caramel) I Never have a problem with their service when I go they are quick and fast. Mila the cashier was very polite and offered suggestions after finding out I was a vegetarian.

Smash burger is always a solid place to go. Mila was our cashier at the Elk Grove location. She was very quick and explained the summer deal. She was very friendly and energetic. They even have coloring pages for the kids and the tables are clean.

Stopped by last night in search of a good fast food restaurant and I am glad the reviews brought me here. Burger was so delicious and fries were so addicting. Friendly staff and they patiently waited for me to decide what to pick off the menu. Would definitely stop by again.
