Everything was great until we received the bill. They are now charging a 3% “convenience fee” for using a credit card. Fine…but the fee is added in before the server actually knows how you are paying. Here was my problem…my food and drink total came to $39.70. Tax was a penny too high .. ok so they rounded up from$2.382 to $2.39. No big deal, but the the fee is $1.31, which no matter how I figure out supposedly a 3% fee, it does not come out to $1.31. If I figure 3% on the food total plus the tax my math is $1.2627, which since they round up when you should round down, that is $1.27, not $1.31. So it’s not 3%, as they claim, but something more, or an amount they pull out of the sky. I know it’s pennies, but when the pennies don’t add up, it’s theft, and pennies add up for the restaurant.

You can taste the microwave, and it pulls you out of the moment. Still, the misses are rare, and the hits keep me coming back.
I’m giving this place a solid 4 out of 5. It’s not about perfection—it’s about charm, effort, and those little moments that make you feel at home. I’ll be back, no question. This place has its quirks, but that’s part of the appeal.

THE BEST PIZZA IN THE WORLD! I absolutely LOVE the hand tossed pizza, I always get the Double Pepperoni Double Cheese or the Taco Pizza! The burritos are incredible, subs are fantastic, don’t even get me started on the cheesy bread! Awesome chicken wings, seriously great food all across-the-board. Outstanding service, very friendly staff. Wonderful owners, very generous to the community. An absolute must EVERY TIME I’m in the Holland or Grand Rapids area!

Food quality has went down hill in the last couple of months. Don’t know if there’s new management but very disappointed with how the food tastes and that they still change so much for bad quality food. Definitely would not recommend this place. Hopefully they can start getting food from their old food provider because the new one sucks.

Pizza here was good. Was a thinner crust and the sauce was good but not overly strong. The toppings were also good. We had a pizza like a Supreme, pepperoni/ham and pepperoni/beef. They were all good. We also had breadsticks which left a lot to be desired. One order was ok and the other order was well done and therefore tough. At the end of the day, I wouldn’t be opposed to going back to this restaurant.
