Best advsied I could give to the owner who I actually met during the snow storm helping out. Fire that rude so called manager uninviting attitude. Better off in at driving down the street to the other one night and day expsirence.I go in at 750 to order rushing me bad attitude like shes doing me a favor. i will never step oot in here again sad.

If I could give a worse star I would. Made an online order through the app. The app kept saying processing so we called to check to see if the order went through. The woman on the phone was rude and hung up on me. When I went to the store was handed the wrong food which I didn’t pay attention to at the time. The owner just said he would make this right when I told him about it. Got home and saw that it was another person’s order.

ordered an oven roasted turkey subway and didn’t even put it in the oven and tried to tell me that’s what the turkey is. like no it’s not because i get this all the time and the usually put it in the oven. horrible!

It’s sad that a business owner will lose business based off the employee’s they choose to hire. My family will not be visiting this location ever again! As a customer I shouldn’t be made to feel like i’m an inconvenience for eating there! Thank goodness there are five more Subways within a 5 miles radius and I can gladly take my business there! With todays struggling economic I would seek new employees given they are the reason you are losing customers!

Horrible experience. I went in at 7:13 p.m. and the older woman was talking about closing early. I ordered the hot honey sandwich, and why they didn’t tell me they were out of hot honey sauce until I had already paid for the sandwich. Then they didn’t wrap it correctly; both ends of the sandwich were exposed. I had to rewrap the sandwich. The older woman was so in a rush that she didn’t even let me enter my phone number. I’ve had many bad experiences at this location, and I let them go, but y’all have to do better with your customer service. It’s too many sandwich shops in the area for you to treat your customers like this.

Ordered a tuna with pickles. My sandwich wasn’t cut in half and there was quite a lot of pickles as well. This is my usual and I have never received it with this many pickles. I love pickles as much as the next person, but this is a lot.

Had a great experience, the girl behind the counter was so nice and even labeled our subs with onions for our kids. Subs were good too! There was another older lady who seemed like she was training who seemed like she just didn’t want to be there but the younger girl was so kind.

The worst subway I have ever been to. I ask for a pro. I had to ask for more meat 3 times. My wife’s wrap had about 2 full bottles of mustard and mayonnaise on it. And the employee was just smacking her gum and popping bubbles while making my sandwiches. Will never go back.

Subway was clean, but service was slow. Very little portions of food for what you pay. Went against my number 1 rule. If the Subway is in a Publix plaza, always go to the Publix for subs. Publix was packed and Subway wasn’t, I now know why!! Milk was 7 days expired.
