Employees acted like they didn’t want to be there. My sandwich was not toasted with everything on it. It was a Philly. It’s pretty easy to know the whole thing gets toasted…. The lady helping my friend was planned rude. She stuck her nose up at her like she just didn’t even exist. My friend had to ask her if she was going to get her order!!! That’s pretty messed up. But at the end of the day. We all got our sandwiches and they were for the most part edible.

Ordered through the app. Said it was ready. Nothing on shelf. Called to check. Guy said waiting on steak to cook. 1st of all…he didn’t ask the name on the order and 2nd…we had no steak in our order. They actually waited until they had no line in store before they even started making our order. Took 45 mins to a 1 ft long and a pizza. This is the exact reason restaurants should not ask you to leave a tip before you even receive any service.

My grandson and I went to get a sandwich and the guy fixed us the same sandwich without asking . I didn’t say anything. He looked nervous. Very crowed there. Parking is very crowed , crunched in on the parking. It’s a small area.

Ordered a buffalo chicken melt & received my order like this. Half of the chicken fell in the bottom of the bag and it wasn’t even wrapped up. This is nasty.

The food was pretty good like usual. My order was correct. The three kids working were doing a great job with as busy as it was. I didn’t hear anyone complaining. I felt like I should give a tip as I usually do. The sign for help wanted said $10 an hour plus tips. Sounds like I can tip but I can’t find a tip jar. I asked where it was after getting my change back. He said they won’t allow us to have one out. I said they need to let you have a tip jar out. The help wanted sign even says you

Seem to always keep 1 nasty employee out of the bunch. I ordered a veggie pizza, when we got to the cheese I asked for a little bit of the cheddar and then mozzarella on top. She insisted that that’s considered EXTRA cheese. I told her I didn’t ask for more cheese I just wanted it mixed, cheddar and mozzarella. She said that’s considered EXTRA cheese and charged me extra for it. Petty and simple. I will never waist my money with them. Ever!!!
