I usually don’t have a problem with Starbucks but today the female at the window was busy chatting with the person in the drive thru in front of me and when I got to the window she was very rude. She completely avoided eye contact, handed me the food portion of my order shoved the card reader In front of me and asked for a tip. I ended up driving off without my drink so I went back and walked Into the store and she gave me a disgusting look while chatting with her coworkers, hands me my drink, and walks away. Again, she doesn’t acknowledge me so I said “Thank you” and went about my day. Usually the employees are very pleasant but this female was very rude and not the normal for starbucks.

They are consistently polite at this Starbucks. I spend a lot of time there with my friends. They often go out of their way to make us comfortable, like turning down the music when we ask them to. We know some of them by name.

Great coffee and a nice enough place, but I was shocked by the way some of the staff talked to each other. I was in there a few days ago and overheard one gentleman talking to his pregnant coworker in an offensive manner. I am three months along myself and even I found his use of words horrendous and offensive and I just couldn’t believe it. Not cool at all.
