We stopped by here otw to Charlotte! The sandwiches were delicious! One of best sandwiches I’ve had in a while. My bf loved his sandwich too! Cookies and chips were delicious as well! The employees were nice and attentive when we came in. We will be coming back!

Staff most visits seem to feel like they are at home preparing food at a cookout not really focused and the customer and not in a rush at all. Atmosphere is pretty boring they need a tv or some music but since the options in Kershaw are limited…

not only is the service terrible, but a 4-year-old could make a better sandwich,
the entire point of ordering online is to make it quick and easy, when you order at 8:00 and it says it will be ready at 8:25, i shouldn’t have to sit and wait until 9:30 after they have made sandwiches for walk-ins ahead of my online order, and then run out of white bread EVERY SINGLE TIME bc they have made 40 orders that walk in AFTER I have already ordered, in that case what’s the point in ordering online?
not to mention, when there are 4 employees behind the counter, it shouldn’t take over an hour to make 3 footlongs and a 6″, and then look like this thrown together mess;
this is THE worst subway I’ve ever dealt with, unfortunately the options in town are limited, but you’d be much better off driving 30 minutes to Pageland, it’ll be just as quick and the sandwich won’t be a sloppy mess.

Went in, got food, ate, left. Staff was friendly and complied with special request to toast the pizza a little longer to make it toasty!

Ordered a buffalo chicken melt & received my order like this. Half of the chicken fell in the bottom of the bag and it wasn’t even wrapped up. This is nasty.

Kind of very chatty staff, Not all the stories the friendly staff shared while making the sandwiches were appropriate to be shared and the fact that the gentleman making the sandwich was love struck because of a earlier customer didn’t help to focus on getting the food done quickly. I sincerely hope the earlier customer comes back and you all can live happily ever after. As far as the food the ham was tasting like it turned bad so i threw it away, the pizza was burned and the pretzel sticks I wanted, I was told not to order cause the are “bad” by the staff. So my recommendation for this place is to go elsewhere if you can or they just had a really bad day.

I walked in the establishment, there was two workers. I was the only person there. There was no greeting. The two workers looked right at me and said not one word. I stood there looking at the food station. It wasn’t clean there was ice build up around the toppings. Still there was no greeting of any kind. After, standing there for awhile. I just walked out. If a business isn’t going to greet a potential paying customer and ask can I help you. Then I refuse to spend my hard earn money there. It was absolutely no excuse to not ask a customer can I help you, when they are the ONLY one in there. This is definitely a training opportunity. That’s only if upper management cares.

Online says open till 8pm and even tho the doors not locked the manager says sorry we are closed and it’s 15min till 7pm. That manager is running the store down. But the first shift manager is always on point and always so nice and welcoming can even remember your order. So if subway is actually seeing this its time for a new night manager. (The tall white guy with black beard)
