Do not order through their online app. They will not warm up the chicken if you op out of the toasting. I was served a freezing cold jelly fat chicken sub. It’s pure laziness in their end a very poor training.

Online order says it’s ready. Get there and have to wait an additional 20min while walkins are being served. Get the food, get home 2 out of 3 subs weren’t even edible. The bread was so hard it chipped a front bottom tooth. So that’s going to end up being an expensive sandwich. The other sandwich was wrong, bread hard. Had to pick out certain things to eat.and throw the rest away. Such a waste of money and time. Thanks for my mother’s day picnic lunch. It was disgusting.

What a waste….Placed an online order to pickup. I had someone pick it up for me. Over an hr wait from the time it was suppose to be ready till the subs started being made. On top of that was told that they was told they were out of pepporoni and shredded cheese so for one of my pizza subs had nothing but a light dusting of cheese on it. But yet they took my payment online but could not fulfill my complete order and all they did was offer chips to make up for it. They should keep better stock of what they have or least the Manger should have the option to make certain items not available when placing an online order if they are out. Should’ve gotten a parcel refund instead of chips. UPDATE…..I went to subway and took the one sub back, that barely had cheese on it. I asked to speak to the manager and was told I couldn’t when I ask why it was because he was not there and did not like to be disturbed. I asked to speak to the assistant manager and was told I could not. I asked them to call the other Subway in Jonesville on hwy 21 to see if they had enough pepperoni to make my sandwich was told they are not affiliated with them. I asked for a refund and was refused. So I sat down and told the team I was not leaving to he called the manager. At that point he told Marcos “GREAT young man by the way” to go in back and get the pepperoni and the shredded cheese to make my sub right. The team lead had lied about being out of those items. He offered other items an I declined, all I wanted was what I paid for. I should not have been lied to. This was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had with any restaurant.

This place is randomly closed during operating hours and has been for months now. Their phone line is also down and has been for two+ months so you can’t even call ahead to see if it’s open. Not worth the risk. They can’t keep staff or stay open half the time they should be. The few good people that worked here were driven off and their complaints were regularly ignored.

Hours were posted as open till 5. Ordered at 3:30 to pick up at 4:00 and app said order was received. On the way there, checked app and it said “order failed”. Gave a number to call but no answer. Went by anyway since my credit card was charged and the store was closed.

The other day my fiancé and I ordered food on the app, paid, and were told the food would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrive at this location to pick up the food to find this store closed. They took our order from the app and the money, but were closed? We contacted customer care online which we have not received a response. Just confused as to why online says the store is open, but are closed and will not to this day answer the phone.

The drive through (though advertised) does not exist. They have a car permanently parked blocking the entery. Parked and brought in my infant and they have a no egg sandwich policy after 11 AM. I asked if they could make an exception since I had just missed the cut off and had been standing in line since before the cut off time and the lady told me she could not. Both employees did not sympathize; they explained that they “had” a sign explaining the policy change. I didn’t bother explain the irony with the sign on the exterior that advertised a drive through. The decisions made by the staff here are not consistent with the service at other Subways. I recommend finding another.
