I had to instruck the building of the sub at every stage as to not get all of the pickeles etc. In one bite. Don’t even spread mayo on the bread. I told them youtube had videos on making a sub but they just tossed attiyude.

I ordered a few cookies there and the cookies tasted like they were in the refrigerator for days. The sandwich was the same as well. The taste was so disgusting I threw them away. Even the bag lingered of refrigerator smell. Will never come here again. yuck!

Terrible customer service. Came here this afternoon for raspberry cheesecake cookies. I walked in and the cashier was too busy talking loud on her phone to see that a customer had walked in. Which is whatever. When eventually asked, I told her which specific cookies that I wanted. I noticed her fumbling through each cookie tray to find the correct cookies, so I assumed that I could look away while I paid and would get what I asked for. She placed my cookies on the counter and walked back towards the front to continue her conversation. I blew it off and left the building. Only to see that I received the wrong cookies when I got home. May have been my fault for not checking before I left, but the customer service here stills sucks.

There was a girl making my sandwich she had blonde braids and a green jacket on. She was highly unsanitary, her jacket was dirty and I noticed every time she leaned forward her jacket would touch my sandwich. I’ll avoid going to that subway for now on, but if I do go I’ll just make sure she’s not the one making my sandwich.

I had a 6″ meat ball marinara sub with assorted toppings. It was very good and I was able to dine in. Fortunately I was the only patron to dine in at that time. Social distancing was accomplished. I had a combo which included Chips and a drink. Customer service by the teen working there was great! I was impressed with work.

Great service..BUT..Dirty bathroom. Trash overflowing. No soap for hand washing. Diarrhea hit me within an hour. The nail in the coffin was the knife blade my coworker found stuck to the underside of his cookie after he took a bite! They’re lucky he wasn’t injured.
