Stopped by here for lunch while on a trip and worst subway I’ve ever been in. Young girl behind the counter wasn’t very friendly, she was irritated and on her watch and yelling at the watch the whole time she was making our food. She kept stopping in the middle of putting ingredients on our subs to reply to texts and take a call on her watch and then started complaining about people coming in and having to make food because she was the only one there and she was tired of being on her feet. Super understaffed, and also just plain disrespectful with the texting and calling while making our food and having her personal conversation in front of us.

Arrived at 7:40pm, store hours are listed as open till 9:30pm. The employee told us that they were out of about half the ingredients for sandwiches. We ordered anyway and were then told that the lobby was closed. This was over an hour from closing. Strongly recommend you go somewhere else.

Only one person working, she was overwhelmed and more concerned about her phone conversation. She would stop making our food to take a personal call or reply to a text message. Poor customer service, under staffing and overall just not a good place to visit.

Fresh ingredients and honest service unlike the Subway at Medical Park and Beltline in Columbia SC. That one would serve spoiled meat, lie to you Abt not having certain Ingredients and they don’t want you using their chairs to tie your shoe. I have bad knees and it was a struggle.
