Restaurant shows they are open until 11pm, I walked in around 9.10 but the light at the entrance are off along with all the lights in the store. With doubt walked in to the store and the door is open one guy was working behind counter preparing online orders. He asked me to wait… literally waited for 15+ minutes for him to finish 3 foot long… since it was only him I’ve waited… when he finished all the takeout orders he turned to me… I wanted to order veggie delight with the veggie patty… now he says they don’t have patty and it won’t be here until next week… changed my order to teriyaki chkn…and when I asked to add sweet onion he says they don’t have that either. It took me 30 minutes to get 2 footlong sandwiches.

If I could give zero stars I would. After using the restroom I went to order a sandwich and the big black male with dreads was obviously and disgustingly flirting. And when I did not return the sentiment, he clearly had an attitude. I asked for a 6 inch and he clearly cut it way too small. When I asked for a ruler he threw the bread at me… Do not eat here!!!

I went there when they were training someone it wasn’t that bad it was kind of a funny experience I want in and out but i didn’t mind it at all i don’t really go to subway it was just near me at the time but the location was clean and the service was nice so I would recommend this location

I come to the SUBWAY® all the time. The only thing I wish they would do is make sure they have the correct hours that they work. Because there has been times I have come here and it’s closed but online it says it’s open but other than that, they are great place to eat.

We LOVE this Subway. It is between home and school. On those days that my pre-teen boy leaves school starving, we go here. It’s in the old Circus Restaurant building. Nice staff too.

I had a pretty bad experience at this Subway location today (1:45 PM or so), I’ll explain from the beginning. The first time coming to this establishment was shortly after moving from Apex to Cary back in May, it’s conveniently right up the road from me. I met the owner in passing and he was awesome.
