I will say that the food is whats expected of subway. Never really been disappointed other than a time or two where careless employees just tossed my sandwich together quickly and it was a jumbled mess once unwrapped. The stores have always been neat and clean. I will continue to return for those factors alone.

Last time I went here we planned to use a coupon that was given out in the mail. Ordered food and they refused the coupon. Reason was being understaffed. Not sure how many employees it takes to accept a coupon but paid double for food because of it. If you issue a coupon, then you should accept them.

Would be better if all the staff acts like they really cared about their job. Sometimes the staff seems really friendly and accommodating. Then you have other staff that don’t listen to you when they make your sandwich. This is rough on the consumer when you don’t get what you want on your sandwich. Told a girl one day the works and I still had to tell her everything to put on it. And she seemed to be heavy-handed with each item hoping I would just say that’s enough. Seem like she did not want to be there. Kept rolling her eyes at me and not listening. The other staff member was very accommodating and was very upbeat at the cash register. Wish all of the staff here would concentrate on good customer service. This is a sandwich making shop unfortunately a lot of people like different things on their sandwiches. So paying attention to detail it’s very important in this job. Love the location in the Food Lion shopping center. Really appreciate their appreciation of military veterans. However we’ll have to give them only two of the three C’s. They have good cost-effectiveness, and overall the store was very clean so I’ll give them cleanliness. What they need to work on is great customer service which is the third C of great diners and dives. Rolling eyes and not listening to the customer only complicates the whole reason you’re there is to make a great sandwich. Because Subway is in the business of Sandwich making. If you are working in that establishment that needs to be your overall priority. And being friendly and helpful creates a better day for not only you when you go home but for the customer. It means you have less negative ions and more positive ions in the air. Which creates a smoother workday. Will increase my overall grade when I see total customer satisfaction. I have found certain employees to be very motivated and offer me great customer service. It’s the bad experiences that spoil the whole bunch. May God be with you in this terrible time in American history. May you seek your Lord and Savior Jesus Christ daily.

This location is conveniently located and fairly clean. I have a suggestion for the owner. Please honor the Subway coupons at face value, as circulated, without adding additional exclusions. For example, bogo footlong. Intentionally coupon ordered 2 clubs. If the coupon had been honored, I could afford to give a bigger tip to your deserving staff.

Well lookahere. Went in for a tuna or BMT 6in sub. Tuna looked watered down so got the BMT. A young white man came in after me and paid for my meal without saying a word. The cashier told me, so I thanked him profusely and was overwhelmed. I am a seasoned black woman who is used to public displays of ignorance, not humanity. Thank you again showing all that beautiful spirit. Carma.

Great service. This location opens early which is a plus. I gave 4 stars because they had they were open until 10 and they are only open till 10 on the weekend and the dining table was left without wiping from the night crew and they hadn’t baked the cookies. We like to get cookies. Overall we enjoy the service and early hours. Thank you.

The only reason they got 2 stars is because the order was right. There was a kid in there working, and I don’t know if this is the 1st job he has ever had, or if he feels like he shouldn’t have to have a job, but he needs to be put on an off shift for a little while and trained properly. I sat in the car with the kids for 30 minutes while my wife went in to get 3 subs and a salad. He couldn’t put a sub together properly, nor could he remember from 1 second to the next what my wife was telling him went on the subs.

Having been a manager at subway and working in several subway locations and states for 10 years I was highly disappointed. The lemonades machine hasn’t been changed so it had thing floating in it. The person who stated my sandwich did a good job the person who done the veggies was horrible she did not listen to what I said and put more than I requested and drenched it in sauce. And she put the sauce on the meats and veggies which is incorrect. It is only supposed to go on the meats side. The cashier was too busy looking around to listen to what I said when I asked for a slider combo and 2 additional large drinks. So I ended up having to go back to the counter to pay for 1 of the drinks. The only good feedback I have is the cookies were baked properly. Whoever the manager of this store is seriously needs to retrain their staff.

Ordered online tonight. CLEARY states BLT**** I got ham, salami, pepperoni. I’ve ordered a total 3 times online and not a SINGLE time was it correct. One time or I ordered a ham and egg, and got a sub with just CHEESE. Lol. I called and they stated they can remake it- but I have to bring the sub back. So I asked if I could just save the receipt and get it later since I’m 20 minutes away, and she stated the owner doesn’t allow that without the sub IN her hands- which means I’d have to keep a sub in my house for days/weeks until I wanted to get another one. WHAT? I understand people make mistakes, but online ordering is out for us!
