We stopped today (1/15/26) and were absolutely blown away by how immaculate the whole store was. The bathrooms actually shined , they were that clean. The food and service matched the cleanliness. I’m pretty sure that I’ve never seen a public bathroom so clean.

Remember the days of $5 for a (10 in) foot long sub!? Not anymore. $7+ for half of that. Don’t even get anything with it. And then they have the nerve to ask for tips. You can’t tell they can’t afford to lower their prices. They give food away if you sign up. Or they throw is away at the end of the night.

Best Subway in Charelston, Bread is always fresh extremely clean, Staff is always smiling and quick with the food orders. The manager Trish always has a great attitude everytime I come in there. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!!

The East end Subway in Charleston West Virginia is by far the best Subway in Charleston. Friendly staff, great service. The bread is always fresh and the staff is more than efficient.
