I sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes. Pulled up to the window once, there was one customer. I went back to the drive-thru menu and waited another 5 minutes. When I pulled up a second time there were 3 more customers. The one employee was overwhelmed and didn’t even have time to say anything.

Be careful if you like olives. There is a lady that will sneak olives with pits in your sandwich. Same lady tried to use bread that she took out and put on an unclean surface instead of the paper. And pay attention because they’ll touch unclean stuff while your sub is in toaster and go right back to touching and making it without changing gloves. And that knife also looks dirty. Subway is supposed to be a healthy restaurant. They have ways of intentionally making sure that it’s not for whoever they choose to target that way. And it shouldn’t be like that. I can hardly enjoy one of my favorite restaurants during these times. And I shouldn’t have to be on someone the whole time, saying don’t do this and don’t do that, in an attempt to prevent something I’m paying for from being contaminated.

Bread was undercooked. Service was okay considering customers who came inside worked along with the drive-through, sometimes creating longer wait times. Staff seemed pleasant.

5 stars is for the employees at this location. Usually only 2 working. Sometimes only 1 when I’ve been in there. Working the counter, drive through, and online orders. But somehow still get it done. They deserve a nice raise or something to show they’re doing great. And the “outlaw” sub was awesome as always. Keep it up guys

I normally don’t do this but, today I went inside and picked a sandwich off of the board. They all say what comes on the sandwich. I asked the lady to not put onion on the sandwich. She informed me that the sandwich comes with onion. I politely said that I don’t like onion. She didn’t put the onion on the sandwich but she did inform me that if it says it come with onion, I will get onion on the sandwich. I have ordered there before and it has never been a problem until today. I will not be going back to that subway.

Sadly, disappointing. Love Subway, however last 2 experiences at this location which is closest to work has been not so cool. First last week, the entirely wrong sandwich, toppings were right, but didn’t go so well with what I got. Let it go… Today I called to order over phone, guy said can’t you order it online, speechless. Hung up, tried to go online, too aggravating. Called back, I did say apparently I can’t do the dang online ordering, lol, but He must have thought I said a curse word and told me to not curse at him, I said I didn’t but apologized anyway, he kept on. Now, I am ready to let him know what a cursing is!! Pointed out to him it was improper customer service in the first place to not take my order when I first called instead of implying he simply wasn’t going to take my order, so I tried the online thing. It will be a minute before I go there again. Why can’t people just do their jobs!!! The guy was rude, not good for Subway. And I’m still hungry. Nice

As someone else mentioned about the “series” sandwiches-what comes on it is it. My coworker ordered one and was advised she could not add lettuce to it. It was just what’s listed although their marketing materials/signage does not mention that nor are you told this. It was over $11 for the sandwich and was told they would have to charge her for extra cheese or something to add any other veggies. Which would not make sense since that would screw up food cost and counts because she was not requesting or getting additional cheese. They were also out of toaster papers so the sandwiches all touched the line cutting boards and employees are burning their hands off trying to toast things. We have been to this location a bunch and it is always a mess. Sandwiches a mess, slow service, or messing up orders so we always go in now, they were also out of almost all chips.
