I will admit, I have had a prior negative experience at this establishment, but I can see a lot has changed these past few months. The employees were polite, quick, and accurate. I’m happy to say they made THAT SANDWICH very delicious!

We placed an online order two grilled chicken salads. When we got home the young man called to say he forgot the “extra chicken.” Not a problem, but turns out, they forgot all the chicken, and all the toppings too. We literally received two bowls of lettuce/spinach. The manager refused to refund my money unless I drove their lettuce bowls back to the store on before they closed. Their mistake, not mine, yet I have to drive 15 minutes one way to get my money back? Totally unreasonable when the mistake was made on their end, not mine.

Showed up 10 minutes past opening and was denied and told the store wasnt open yet. The door was unlocked. She was too busy talking to her boyfriend to open the store and help a customer.

The service was lacking and staff was indifferent. We got 2 sandwiches and a combo. The sandwiches were kind of roughly thrown together but the kicker was how the ice was speckled with black stuff. I showed the girl at the register and her response was “oh we need to clean it” – no apology, no offer to just grab a bottled drink, no credit back. They have signs about hiring and I can really see why, they’re struggling.
You’re better off going to Wayne’s and buying a roll, meat, and a beverage.

3 months ago I ordered on the app and went to pick it up via drive thru. I get home open my subs up and it looked as if there were no toppings on them. A month later, I ordered again but this time I picked x2 all toppings and guess what once again it as if I was eating slivers of lettuce, mayo and turkey. I called to complain and I was told you can return the subs and they will be made. Everyone knows around there people live 30mins away. Why the hell should I have to make another 1hour out of my way for lazy employees. And then I was told all the employees have a Standard topping amount to put on… I understand, but I requested x2 toppings where as what they gave me was less than standard amount of toppings. I’ll give it one more time to see if anything changes.

I use to love this subway but my last 3 visits have been terrible! I usually stop before I go into work (I work nights) around 9:30. Yes I understand that’s close to closing time but never had problems before. I always get a pizza sub and that’s what I wanted this time until the girl told me they didn’t have any marinara in the pan. I asked if she could get some from the back or something since I always come in this time and they’ve always had it before. She then refused and said she couldn’t do that. I asked her why and she just said I can get something else so I walked out. Then a few days later I went to get a salad and the guy working was so rude, and even rolled his eyes when I asked if I could get extra cheese? The salad was literally the worst one I’ve ever had from a subway. It had basically no lettuce or toppings and all meat. Never again.

Meh. employee didn’t know how to roll my wrap. However he did Apologize. I don’t understand why people aren’t trained to properly roll these. It’s the same every Subway that I’ve been at. Only about three people I’ve ever had that could successfully roll a wrap and I could eat without losing all my toppings.

The ladies behind the counter was friendly and paid attention to my order in detail and made my experience seem less like a business transaction and more like a visit. They offered every possible item to make my sandwich into a complete experience. They was not pushy about it but more like suggesting which is a pleasant experience. Will visit again
