What an awful establishment I called McDonald’s to complain I was pitched dark when I got my food and when I took a bite, it was hard as a rock. It was cold. The hash brown was cold. The coffee was like lukewarm like it has sat out for a while it was from the day before then when I called to come played, I didn’t even want a refund. I didn’t ask for a refund. I asked for somebody from corporate to do something and not to mention when I pulled up, sat there for a while. Nobody was even responding to me and then there was other cars behind me building up. Let’s just say I got a phone call from Don the district manager, and begins to say to me her first words. Oh I looked at cameras. I didn’t see any car sitting there waiting. OK well thanks for making me feel small and telling me I’m lying pictures don’t lie. I wish I had a thermometer on me that morning. It would’ve made me sick and I would’ve been on the toilet all day long. I am thankful I did not eat it but what a waste of money and then the best part I didn’t even ask to have it refunded. I wish I did because I didn’t get to eat the food and it was horrible. All I know is I am never eating here and there’s a reason why this score keeps going down for this store. It’s at a 3.14 now thanks to my review and there’s pictures. I don’t know corporate. I think you need to get rid of your district manager because employees act how she acts employees act how their manager acts so you allow this and you tolerate it McDonald’s shame on you I’m not going there anymore. I’ll find another establishment to get my breakfast in the morning. Oh and Don your district manager that’s all I can say again the employees act how they are managed and if they act poor and managed poor and allowed to treat customers the way they do it because the district manager allows it

Welcome to McDonald’s of Lake Oswego. Easy ordering process, came to the counter with my code, told them what I wanted and they did a great job of handing it to me in record time. Even with a lineup at the drive through. They have a very clean inside and nicely upgraded And modern interior design. They have a separate side window for grubhub and DoorDash orders inside which is nice and lots of seating inside if you want to chill and eat. Simple stop for kids and adults needing a quick bite. As always, McDonald’s consistency. Happy eating!!

Probably the worst McDonald’s that I have ever visited.
Top 3 worst, at least.
Drive through service is slow, and dine in service is even slower.
The lady who took our order on 2 of our visits is completely unfriendly to the point of just plain rude.
They once served our food without any napkins and when I went to the counter to request some….she yelled from the French fries area “I’ll be there in a minute “
It took her 5-6 minutes. And when I asked for napkins she said “I will bring them out to you” instead of just handing me some.
We will never return to this location.

3 different times I’ve been given wrong orders and full sugar sodas marked as diet. Get your act together if you’re going to charge higher prices. I shouldn’t have to go back inside multiple times to get what I PAID for

Well on the outside, this McDonald’s looks really great. It has a nice asthetic, and it’s a well designed building, along with a modern contemporary look. Location is convenient and the drive thru is setup nice and proper.
The staff was very friendly and professional. They greeted me with a smile when I walked in, and was great in communication, specifically in wait time and just regular banter.
The reason for the 3 stars though, just had received do with the “cleanliness” of the location. The men’s restroom, while not in complete disarray, was not very appealing. And even the actual dining room area, did not seem overly presentable.
I would feel comfortable eating and returning here, but just my intuition impressions from a first visit.

Manager was great when the app messed up my order. Very good day because of her.

Sunney is awesome. Personable and thorough. Made sure my order was 100% before handing it over.

Drive-through in general has been pretty speedy even during lunch rush.

Only negative is the prices

Friendly service. I have been visiting for the past 7 years and the managers were great. Staff were helpful too.

Food is always good. Simple and consistent. Wish they will bring back premium chicken tender back on menu.

My favorite combination from last year are the McRib + Holiday Pie.

Funny: when I ordered Holiday Pie, there was an option for Make it Meal? I thought it would come with extra fries and drink. Luckily, I clicked the button out of curiosity. It added second pie for less than half price. Good deal!

What a joke, I was the only person in the place, took 10 minutes to get my food. I know they prioritize drive thru and that’s fine but you gotta take care of the walk in people too, that wait was crazy for a McDonald’s. I wouldn’t be going there if I weren’t in a bit of a hurry, freakin’ ANNOYED man

The food was standard McDonald’s but there was one employee arguing with the other employees about everything. I ordered an ice cream sundae and when he put it on the counter he asked “who ordered the cup of diabetes”
