Usually this place is decent, but this trip not so much. Ordered via app, picked a pick up time for after work. I even received a “your order is ready” before I got there. And it was not, waited an additional 20 min for 2 subs. I understand they were working on a door dash order when I arrived and then proceeded to take care of their in house customers before completing my order. Both subs I ordered were toasted, but cold when I noticed. Was told their toaster oven wasn’t working right afterwards. Turned out to be a bad experience, but like I said, this place is usually decent and on par with take out. I’m sure I’ll go back in the future because of the convenience.

Im annoyed to say the least! i started calling when i was clear in warwood ( around 8:15 ) and they never picked up. when i got there it was before 9 and they said they had already closed. they do not close until 9. i expected better and the person i spoke to gave me attitude when all i asked was what time they had closed. very disappointed.

I NEVER leave bad reviews. I work in retail, I understand customer service. But I can’t NOT leave a bad review on this place. The lady that made my sandwich was Beverly and she was so rude. She didn’t even speak to me but threw my bread on the counter, threw my toppings on it and whatever she didn’t use she threw back in their little containers. Really unhappy

Don’t go to this place, I sent my daughter to order a Buffalo Ranch Footlong, and a coworker made a tuna with Ranch! Yuck! When my daughter tried to tell her that the sandwich was wrong, The lady just ignored her. This has happened before, by the same person, and I doubt anything will be done about it. The complete disrespect and disregard for what the customer ordered is astounding. This is just bad business ethics. Why does subway hire people that cost them to lose customers? I have no idea.

I ordered a sub and cookie around 8 pm. When i got there they had informed me they didn’t have any cookies left but because I had wanted one they put the oven on and baked me a fresh cookie. I told them they didn’t have to do that but they insisted it was no big deal. What Great customer service, most people would have said no bc it was closed to closing time. Definitely recommend going there if you have to choose a Subway to go

WV Almost Heaven (Montani Semper Liberi)
The workers at this location are rude and very non-customer oriented. This is not a one-off either. This is 3rd time we have been to this location. All THREE times the workers (different workers each time) had the personality of a rock. Each separate visit they were all grumpy. This LAST visit, there were 2 employees having a word fight, thereby delaying them from making our order. This is the last time we ever go in this location ever again. There are plenty of other Subways to go to.

Let me start by saying I have worked in a Subway. I understand the job very well. I had an order of 5 foot long subs. Only one was made correctly. One sub was a BLT that instead of the requested honey mustard had sweet onion sauce on it. One was a spicy Italian and two were BMTs. After cutting the bread and putting the salami on it they tell me they are out of pepperoni. They did not want to reduce the cost of the sandwiches. When I asked about substituting the missing meat with extra salami I was told they would have to charge me extra. I should have left then and there but since the subs were partially made I had them finish making them. The girl prepping the bread interrupted the girl topping the subs repeatedly. One sub had the correct toppings. The management needs to take a seriously look at restaffing with competent people that understand they are getting paid to do a job and do it correctly. Had I been a quality control person you would have failed miserably.

The subs are good but the issue is, we waited an entire 15 minutes for them to make two subs. They then proceeded to skip over mine and work on other ones. While doing all this a girl walked in and went behind the where the subs are being made and grabbed a cookie and left. While the girl was grabbing the cookie the lady that was making my subs stopped making my subs and decided to have a conversation. My subs were ice cold. I understand that it gets busy but to me all of that was done unprofessionally.
