Man this place is the worst. Wasn’t even busy and when they made my sandwich she didnt even spread the meatballs out so i got a clump of meatballs in the middle of the bread. But as i sat in line i seen the woman mess up a few times..and its not the first time i had issues there…WILL NOT GO BACK!!!##

Service was very slow and it wasn’t busy. No acknowledgement when I walked in. Had to tell them 4 times the 3 vegetables I wanted on my sub. Then after I paid I had to ask for my sub to be put in a bag.

We Ordered sandwitches online, when we got to the store to pick up our order it was not complete. They seemed busy so we didn’t mind waiting. As we waited I noticed the girl making my order, she was toasting my sandwich I clearly stated on the order I did not want it toasted. When I brought it to her attention she argued with me that it needed to be toasted because it was chicken. I calmly told her that I would like the chicken heated but, to not toast it. Then they seemed to be unable to read as they did not put the correct toppings on it. We got our order and drove home, once home realized that one of the sandwiches was completely wrong. I called and let them know, the girl said bring it back and they would make the right sandwich. I get it they were busy but I have to drive back to get a different sandwich that they messed up and they didnt even offer any compensation for the inconvenience . Ours was not the only messed up order tonight, there were several calls while we waited atleast 3 customers with wrong orders. Not a good experience!

What a trashy experience. This lady here definitely doesn’t want to be here. Extremely rude, serves as if she’s doing you a favor. Almost felt like I could’ve had her throw my food on top of the sandwich.

Waited in line for 30 min for a mobile order just to finally get my turn in line and told they couldn’t find my order and when they finally did 5 minutes later I was told “it’ll be a few more minutes”. I gave them the mobile order name in the drive through… they had plenty of time to find the order and have it made when I got to the window. Absolutely ridiculous and it’s always like this every time I come through this location.

Sadly, I have had 2 sandwiches in the last month from this location that didn’t have enough tuna on it to taste. We have not been eating out much since the pandemic got so bad until the last few months with it dying down. My wife said she thought they downsized the scoop used to put the tuna on. If you can’t taste it there cant be much on it. I don’t eat meat so I am constantly fighting for every gram of protein I get. I won’t be going back. My wife did say her chicken sandwich was okay though.. so if you eat meat you may be okay. I may try different store some time to see if this is limited to this location.
