Man this place is the worst. Wasn’t even busy and when they made my sandwich she didnt even spread the meatballs out so i got a clump of meatballs in the middle of the bread. But as i sat in line i seen the woman mess up a few times..and its not the first time i had issues there…WILL NOT GO BACK!!!##

What a trashy experience. This lady here definitely doesn’t want to be here. Extremely rude, serves as if she’s doing you a favor. Almost felt like I could’ve had her throw my food on top of the sandwich.

I came in and ordered two sandwiches. I didn’t see the sign saying they couldn’t take a bill larger than $50 and tried to pay with $100. The girl behind the counter was pretty rude about it. The crummy part about it is is my order was $25 and the other $75 was going to be a tip for them because it’s Christmas time. It’s a bummer that her attitude was so bad that I decided not to do that and will give it to somebody else who needs it. I know these people work hard and they have a lot of people to deal with that are jerks however that doesn’t mean they need to be jerks to the customers that are coming in

Ordered from this store on 8/22/25 and my girlfriends subway messy like it was just thrown together and I been having stomach cramps all morning from eating there also yesterday will not go back there unless things change food used to be good not making you sick

Twice now I have went to this location and ordered a 6in sub. Twice now they made a 12in sub. I understand ordering through the drive thru it’s hard to hear sometimes but they should read the order back at the window to be sure. I won’t eat a 12in so the other half is either wasted or sits till I can give it to someone later.

This place cannot get an order right to save their life. We got sandwiches 2 weeks ago on the app. Completely wrong. They made it right by putting our names on their board and replacing the messed up sandwich. Today we order from the app again. My husband’s steak sandwich had no cheese, my tomatoes and black olives on his. Not toasted. My sandwich had Mayo (supposed to be ranch) and no tomatoes. Not toasted either. We call and they refuse to make it right unless we bring the sandwiches back. Not everyone is out to get a free sandwich and not everyone wants to spend their evening driving all the way back to get the sandwiches they actually ordered. This place is ridiculous anymore and I will go elsewhere. Do not recommend at all and we used to eat at this subway at least once a week. Will not be back here.

Update: they just called me back and said I can put them in the fridge until I can return them and they will remake them yall this can’t be real. I am not a Karen and not trying to get free food. This place is crazy

Visited the restaurant. Asked if they could substitute pepper jack for provolone on a Hot Shot Italian. The gentleman said, no. We can’t change menu items. I said that I had ordered it that way at Milton Subway before. He adamantly said, they aren’t supposed to change the items. I proceeded to Milton Subway and got my sub the way I wanted it. Poor customer service. Lost an order over 4 half slices of cheese.

probably one of the most unpleasant experiences i’ve ever experienced at a subway restaurant. my family and i ordered on the subway app and everything seemed fine and simple. although when we arrived the wait time was unbelievable, especially considering we were the only ones there. after over half an hour, the order wasn’t finished. all 4 of our subs were cold, even though we requested them to be heated and or toasted; they were unprepared and running out of bread and certain things requested on the subs weren’t even put on there. they had to refund an item, which will take two days. super disappointing to say the least. definitely won’t be ordering from there again.
