Valentina is the best worker there! I lovee her amazing attitude even bright and early! Always lights up my morning each and every time i see this girl. Never gets my order wrong and by now she knows who i am even with a simple good morning through the intercom. She provides a very kindful service woth a big smile everyday! Burger king Needs more people like her !!!

Don’t order here food is hours old and cold! Went for late lunch after not eating all day #9 before I even selected my drink at machine my tray was handed to me. SUPPOSE to be made to order every order 4pm go to sit eat and sandwich was over 3hrs old u could taste it,was cold,etc. There’s no more pride in work anymore but they want top dollar,completely ruined appetite won’t go there anymore last 2xs kept quiet they just don’t care about anything but gather to talk or hide manager didn’t even care when told foods old he knew and served it

The customer service here is generally bad, but when some people try to make money by doing food delivery and this location locks the door at night but refuses to give food delivery orders through the drive thru window, it creates a problem that common sense could have solved. It was embarrassing to witness the harassment of an apparent college kid simply trying to make money with food delivery by a Burger King employee calling the delivery driver lazy as he tried to explain he was only in the drive-thru because the inside doors were locked. Perhaps “managers” need to be retrained. Other fast food locations know how to do this; I’m not sure why this location can’t figure it out. Our family will never again support this location after witnessing this rudeness.

Went through the drive through on Sunday evening in the past 2 months and the female manager was rude and would not honor coupon codes. Said I needed the paper coupons. How rude and embarrassing. Never had such a bad experience here before and I have been coming to this location for almost 20 years, at least once or twice a month. Ended up having to drive out of the drive through after being stuck behind the person ahead of me and went to McDonald’s instead. Thanks for that. I was not going to come back to this location ever again after that experience. I decided to try it again on a Tuesday. The gentleman running the drive through were polite and friendly and the food was hot and fresh. They honored my coupon codes as well and did not have to provide paper coupons. Because of them I will still continue to use this location. If I see that rude female manager in the future I will walk out. If your in the fast food business, and a manager, Ithink you should treat your customers better. Hope she reads this

Very rude Spanish lady at the drive thru window , not sure if she is the manager , but very very rude , after reading the other reviews , their denying orders to customer who paid and denying refunds, closing early , , and calling people derogatory names , corporate should come and investigate this location . Sent in a survery located on bottom of receipt .
