Ordered online through the subway site. Subway said my order was ready and when I came to pick it up it still wasn’t ready after 35 minutes even tho the store didn’t seem busy. Employee told me I had to cancel my order through the website, after trying to figure it out for a while I called corporate who then told me I had to call the store to cancel my order. Wish their employees knew this and canceled it when I asked so I wouldn’t have wasted more of my time by telling me I had to do it online.

typically pretty quiet subway which makes it nice. Can be understaffed at times when more people show up. Staff is generally nice. Clean location.

Good way to get a healthy yet fast meal. Most of the employees are very nice and do a good job. Can get crowded at meal times, but they still move it along pretty quickly. The food always seems fresh. The prices are reasonable, especially when they run promotions.

Employees are so sweet. Nice dining room, music, food is fresh and if it’s not they’ll take it away when they notice. Only problem I’ve had is when a manager was extremely rude to their employee for doing something wrong. Yelling and degrading doesn’t teach people, you have to coach them so they get it right and trust you.

Friendly and fast service. Restaurant was clean and food was great. Took some coworkers to lunch and we were a little skeptical that we would make it back to work on time. But that was not the case at all. Everybody had their food within 10 minutes and we made it back to work with time to spare.
